本实用新型涉及一种永磁传动机构永磁体的布置结构,其特征在于,永磁盘相对导体盘的一面所有永磁体的磁极完全相同,均匀间隔镶嵌在永磁盘上。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:在同等条件下,纯N-N-N-N排列和纯S-S-S-S排列的永磁盘能够传递更大的扭矩;能够有效的降低导体盘的发热量;减小滑差。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种永磁传动机构的永磁盘的永磁体排布方法。
背景技术
目前,在永磁传动结构中,永磁盘上的永磁体布局通常采用的是N-S-N-S间隔布局,在CN201577018U号实用新型专利里面,提到了N-N-S-S的布局方式。以上永磁体布局方式均基于磁力线必须闭合的原理而设计。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种永磁传动机构永磁体的布置结构,永磁体的磁极完全一致排列,即纯N-N-N-N排列和纯S-S-S-S排列。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种永磁传动机构永磁体的布置结构,其特征在于,永磁盘相对导体盘的一面所有永磁体的磁极完全相同,均匀间隔镶嵌在永磁盘上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、在同等条件下,纯N-N-N-N排列和纯S-S-S-S排列的永磁盘能够传递更大的扭矩;
2、能够有效的降低导体盘的发热量。
3、减小滑差。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及现有技术对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
图1是N-S-N-S间隔布局情况下,永磁体磁力线的分布情况分析。从图1中可以看出,在N-S-N-S布局的情况下,永磁体的磁力线与相邻的永磁体的磁力线在短距离内就闭合了,而且所有的磁力线都会尽可能的弯曲,与相邻的永磁体磁力线闭合,这样的布局情况下,磁场强度随着与永磁体距离的增加迅速衰减。另外,由于相邻永磁体的磁力线闭合方向基本与导体盘运动方向重合,导体盘平行于磁力线方向的运动是不能切割磁力线的,因此,磁力线并没有被完全切割及应用。
图2是本实用新型提出的永磁体的磁极完全一致的排列方式,即纯N-N-N-N排列和纯S-S-S-S排列情况下,永磁体磁力线的分布情况分析。从图2中可以看出,由于同极相斥的作用,永磁体的磁力线无法与相邻的永磁体的磁力线闭合,磁力线的方向大部分垂直于永磁体表面,在这种排布情况下,当导体盘在磁场中旋转运动时,明显会有更多的磁力线被导体盘有效切割,从而能够传递更大的扭矩。
另外在N-S-N-S间隔布局情况下,由于导体盘内部的涡电流方向和磁场方向在快速交变反转,原子方向被快速反转导致摩擦生热是导体盘工作过程中发热的根本原因。在本实用新型永磁体的纯N或纯S排列的情况下,上述发热现象可以完全避免。
见图7,永磁传动机构,包括驱动轴4、导体盘铜转子2、永磁盘9,铜转子2通过螺栓5固定在铜转子钢架1上,铜转子钢架1与驱动轴轴套10通过螺栓固定。永磁盘9与永磁盘钢架6固定为一体,在永磁盘9上均匀间隔镶嵌有永磁体3,相对于导体盘的一面上永磁盘9上的所有永磁体3的极性完全相同,如图3-图6所示。永磁盘9与导体盘之间具有一定的间隙,当驱动轴4带动导体盘铜转子2旋转时,由于磁力的耦合作用永磁盘9会随之旋转。导体盘铜转子2与驱动轴4固定连接,永磁盘9转子通过一轴段11与负载轴8相连,即实现了永磁传动的目的。
本实用新型永磁盘相同面上永磁体极性完全相同的排布方式,当导体盘在磁场中旋转运动时,明显会有更多的磁力线被导体盘有效切割,从而能够传递更大的扭矩。而且由于同极性永磁体的的排布方式,磁力线方向大部分垂直于永磁体表面,可避免导体盘的发热现象。
