耐寒电缆是一种用于高寒地区的专用电缆,现有的耐寒电缆,由多股芯线组成,每股芯线均由多股铜导线和绝缘套组成,多股芯线的外面设有胶皮套。为了提高耐寒电缆的保温作用,往往是选用保温性能好的材料来制作绝缘套和胶皮套,这样虽然能在一定程度上提高保温性能,但由于铜导线和绝缘套之间,以及绝缘套与胶皮套之间,都是处于紧密接触的状态,这种紧密接触的状态,容易导致热量的传递,所以不可避免的降低了耐寒电缆的保温性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有耐寒电缆保温性能欠佳的缺陷,发明一种可有效提高保温性能的尼龙编织网耐寒电缆。
本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的:所述尼龙编织网耐寒电缆,由多股芯线组成,芯线由多股铜导线和绝缘套组成,多股芯线的外面设有胶皮套,其特征在于:铜导线的外面设有一层尼龙编织内网,绝缘套设于尼龙编织内网的外面;绝缘套的外面设有尼龙编织外网,胶皮套通过尼龙编织外网将多股芯线设于其内。
