 本实用新型涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种防火电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,我国石油开采,化工领域的用缆要求在不断的提高,而市场上的电缆已经不能满足,所以对电缆的质量的提高显得非常的重要,而在我国海洋石油开发方面,更是为电缆的运用提供了广阔的市场空间。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有电气性能以及耐化学腐蚀性的优点的防火电力电缆。
本实用新型是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防火电力电缆是由导体、填充层、绝缘层、铠装层、屏蔽层以及护套组成。所述三个导体绞合在一起构成一组线芯,总共四组缆芯,四组缆芯外剂包有所述填充层,所述填充层外挤包有所述绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包有所述铠装层,所述铠装层外挤包有所述屏蔽层。
综上所述本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型具有优良的防火防水性,还具有优良的电气性能以及耐化学腐蚀性的特点。

如图1所示,一种防火电力电缆是由导体1、填充层2、绝缘层3、铠装层4、屏蔽层5以及护套6组成。所述三个导体1绞合在一起构成一组线芯,总共四组缆芯,四组缆芯外剂包有所述填充层2,所述填充层2外挤包有所述绝缘层3,所述绝缘层3外挤包有所述铠装层4,所述铠装层4外挤包有所述屏蔽层5。
