技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种回转窑沉灰室挡火墙。
背景技术  目前国内碳素回转窑挡火墙主要采用拱形结构,此种结构的挡火墙有以下几点不足之处:1、墙体较厚,温度传递速度较慢,容易在升温或降温过程中造成温度应力,使浇注料产生温度裂缝,从而导致挡火墙破损;2、对生产操作要求较高,在生产时,需尽量避免频繁停、启回转窑。但实际生产中,由于非内衬原因导致停窑的事件经常出现,同时,停、启回转窑的时间较长;3、使用寿命短,根据停、启回转窑次数及实际操作过程中失误,挡火墙寿命在2个月至两年不等;4、维修成本高,以直径2.2m、长45m的回转窑沉灰室挡火墙为例,维修费用约为17万元左右。
发明内容  为了克服现有技术的不足和缺陷之处,本实用新型提供一种回转窑沉灰室挡火墙,使用寿命长,维修成本低。
为了解决现有技术中的技术问题所提供的技术方案是:
一种回转窑沉灰室挡火墙,墙体上均布有贯通孔与非贯通孔。
