Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机,密炼室中设有转子,转子表面设有高硬度、高耐磨合金层的密炼丝。本实用新型将密炼丝由现有技术的普通双合金材料,更换成高硬度、高耐磨的合金材料,如硬合金焊条,并在其表面设置能够增加与废PVC之前摩擦率的摩擦纹,一方面材料的更新能够提高密炼丝的使用寿命,能达到一年以上,有效地节约了生产成本;另一方面在密炼丝表面增加摩擦纹,能够有效地增加转子与废PVC的接触,以提高对废PVC的挤压和剪切力度,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及PVC生产领域,具体涉及一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机。
背景技术
密炼机,为密闭式炼胶机的简称,是一种设有一对特定形状并相对回转的转子、在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械,主要由密炼室、转子、转子密封装置、加料压料装置、卸料装置、传动装置及机座等部分组成。密炼机工作时,两转子相对回转,将来自加料口的物料夹住带入辊缝受到转子的挤压和剪切,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴尖棱被分成两部分,分别沿前后室壁与转子之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。
用于PVC片材生产的密炼机,其工作温度在200℃~250℃之间,其转子采用铸钢制成。为提高转子的使用寿命,一般需要在转子的棱峰和棱侧上堆焊一定厚度,具备良好的机械加工和热处理性能的耐蚀、耐磨层,即密炼丝。目前常规的密炼丝多采用双合金材料制成,其表面光滑,易在与废PVC材料接触时发生打滑现象,从而降低转子与废PVC的接触力。同时双合金材料硬度差、耐磨系数较低,一般的密炼丝的使1-2个月即需要更换,不利于提高生产效率和节约生产成本。
实用新型内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种生产效率高,成本节约的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机,密炼室中设有转子,所述转子表面设有高硬度、高耐磨合金层的密炼丝。
所述密炼丝采用硬合金焊条制成。
所述密炼丝表面设有摩擦纹。
本实用新型的有益效果为:将密炼丝由现有技术的普通双合金材料,更换成高硬度、高耐磨的合金材料,如硬合金焊条,并在其表面设置能够增加与废PVC之前摩擦率的摩擦纹, 一方面材料的更新能够提高密炼丝的使用寿命,能达到一年以上,有效地节约了生产成本;另一方面在密炼丝表面增加摩擦纹,能够有效地增加转子与废PVC的接触,以提高对废PVC的挤压和剪切力度,提高生产效率。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
本实用新型提供了一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机,密炼室1中设有转子2,转子2的表面设有密炼丝3,由于现有技术中密炼丝3采用双合金材料制成,其表面光滑,易在与废PVC材料接触时发生打滑现象,从而降低转子与废PVC的接触力,而双合金材料硬度差、耐磨系数较低,一般的密炼丝的使1-2个月即需要更换,不利于提高生产效率和节约生产成本。故本实用新型的转子2表面设有高硬度、高耐磨合金层的密炼丝3,如采用硬合金焊条制成。为增加转子2与废PVC的接触力,提高挤压和剪切的效果,本实用新型还在密炼丝3表面设有摩擦纹4。

1.利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机,密炼室中设有转子,其特征在于所述转子表面设有高硬度、高耐磨合金层的密炼丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机,其特征在于所述密炼丝采用硬合金焊条制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的密炼机,其特征在于所述密炼丝表面设有摩擦纹。
