本实用新型涉及一种卷板机，尤其涉及一种液压三辊对称式卷板机。
背景技术
卷板机是对板料进行连续点弯曲的塑形机床，卷板机上辊在两平衡辊中央对称位置通过液压缸内的液压油作用于活塞作垂直升降运动，通过主减速机的末级齿轮带动两下辊齿轮啮合作旋转运动，为卷制板材提供扭矩。但是这种卷板机自动化程度不高，无法实现数控操作。
因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种液压三辊对称式卷板机。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
液压三辊对称式卷板机，包括机床和机架，所述机床两侧设有机架，所述两侧机架中间上下分别设有一根上辊和两根平衡辊，所述机架下方设有两侧对称的液压油缸，所述液压油缸上设有液压缸，所述液压缸与上辊连接，所述机床上还设有电机，所述机床外侧还设有数控控制器，所述数控控制器与机床电连接。

如图1所示，本实用新型的液压三辊对称式卷板机，包括机床1和机架2，机床1两侧设有机架2，两侧机架2中间上下分别设有一根上辊3和两根平衡辊4，机架2下方设有两侧对称的液压油缸5，液压油缸5上设有液压缸6，液压缸6与上辊3连接，机床1上还设有电机8，机床1外侧还设有数控控制器7，数控控制器7与机床1电连接。
通过两根平衡辊4的旋转运动，上辊3在两根平衡辊4中央对称位置做垂直升降运动，平衡辊4为卷制板材提供扭矩，实现高精度端部预弯，且连续弯曲后无后角，实现弯曲过程中全程数字监控。
