经常坐姿或站立工作的人们，由于缺乏应有的肢体活动，背部肌肉很容易僵直，腰酸背痛不舒服已成了很多人的通病，这一点在机关工作人员中显得尤为突出。
发明内容
为了改变人们的健康状况，特设计撞背板这一理疗器材，以满足人们的健康需要。撞背板的结构由主板、角板、椭圆板、羊眼、绳索和钉子组成。主板的形状为矩形圆角板体，角板为三角形圆角板体，角板共四个，角板分别和主板的背面的四角相连成一体，椭圆板的形状为椭圆形板体，其中一面向上突起呈馒头形，椭圆板共两块，椭圆板平的一面分别固定在主板垂直轴线的两侧旁开处，在主板的上方对称安装两个羊眼，羊眼和主板相连成一体，在羊眼上连接一根绳索，绳索的两端和羊眼相连成一体，绳索的中间拴在钉子上。
使用时，在墙上定钉，将撞背板用绳子拴牢后挂在钉子上。人站在撞背板前使背部对着椭圆板，前后移动上肢使背部两侧的肌肉不断触撞在两块椭圆板上，从而使僵直的背部肌肉不断接受挤压运动而放松，内脏肺部的浊气在撞击中也得以排除，并可以改善背部血液的微循环。
