技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是一种用在低温环境下能耐寒的电力电缆。 
背景技术
风能发电是一种清洁的可再生能源,它将成为21世纪大规模开发的一种清洁能源。随着风能发电的日渐广泛,从而带动了与风能发电相关产品的发展,由于风能发电系统常常是在恶劣环境条件下使用,尤其是在高原地区,温度很低。如果不采用与周围环境相适应的专用电缆,普通电线电缆或传统型的风能电缆长期在低温环境下会快速老化,产品的物理机械性能大大降低。 
中国实用新型专利说明书CN201374213Y公开了一种风能电缆,包括导体、加强绕包层、绝缘层和护套层,导体由多股镀锡无氧铜丝采用束绞和复绞相结合的方式构成,绝缘层由高抗撕硅橡胶复合物制成,护套层由PUR弹性复合物制成。其特别适用于海洋风力发电机专用的风能电缆,其达到了风能电缆使用的特殊使用环境要求。但是此实用新型的风能电缆在电缆耐寒性能方面不够突出。 
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好耐寒性能的电力电缆。 
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的35kV及以下耐寒电力电缆包括导体、加强绕包层、绝缘层和护套层,导体包裹于加强绕包层内,加强绕包层包裹于绝缘层内,绝缘层包裹于护套层内,所述绝缘层与护套层之间还设置有内衬保温层,所述护套层采用TPU热塑性聚氨酯弹性橡胶。 
所述内衬保温层为硅酸铝填充的弹性橡胶。 
采用上述结构后,由于本实用新型的35kV及以下耐寒电力电缆的保护套采用了TPU热塑性聚氨酯弹性橡胶,所以此电力电缆有很好的弹性和耐磨性,且耐寒性能突出,在低温下仍保持良好的弹性和其他物理性能。又因为内衬保温层为硅酸铝填充的弹性橡胶,一方面使电力电缆整体可以具有很好的弹性,另一方面硅酸铝填充物可以起到很好的保温作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的35kV及以下耐寒电力电缆包括导体1、加强绕包层2、绝缘层3和护套层5,导体1包裹于加强绕包层2内,加强绕包层2包裹于绝缘层3内,绝缘层3包裹于护套层5内,所述绝缘层3与护套层5之间还设置有内衬保温层,所述内衬保温层4为硅酸铝填充的弹性橡胶,这样的内衬保温层4一方面是电力电缆整体可以具有很好的弹性,另一方面硅酸铝填充物可以起到很好的保温作用。 
所述护套层5采用TPU热塑性聚氨酯弹性橡胶,由于TPU硬度范围广,具有良好的弹性和耐磨性;机械强度高,抗冲击性及减震性能好;耐寒性突出,在低温条件仍保持良好的弹性、柔顺性和其他物理性能。这样就使得整个电缆能够满足低温环境的要求。 
当然,本实用新型的内衬保温层可以采用其他适用的保温材料,这样的变换 均落在本实用新型保护的范围之内。

1.一种35kV及以下耐寒电力电缆,包括导体、加强绕包层、绝缘层和护套层,导体包裹于加强绕包层内,加强绕包层包裹于绝缘层内,绝缘层包裹于护套层内,其特征在于:所述绝缘层与护套层之间还设置有内衬保温层,所述护套层采用TPU热塑性聚氨酯弹性橡胶。
2.按照权利要求1所述的35kV及以下耐寒电力电缆,其特征在于:所述内衬保温层为硅酸铝填充的弹性橡胶。
