㈡背景技术:为了适应机车的恶劣工作环境,目前电线电缆行业生产厂家研制或应用的绝缘机车用电缆采用多匝芯线,外绝缘层多采用聚酯-醚热塑弹性体,或是辐照交联聚烯烃,且在芯线与绝缘层之间绕包一层聚四氟薄膜带作隔离层,现有的机车用电缆绝缘层厚度在0.4mm以上,其结构较复杂,制造成本高,且柔软性差,不方便敷设,占用空间多。
㈢发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要克服现有机车用电缆结构复杂,柔软性差,不方便敷设,占用空间多的问题,提供一种薄壁绝缘阻燃机车用电缆。
本实用新型的具体方案是:本电缆具有镀锡铜软芯线,其特征是:在镀锡铜软芯线的外部包覆有一层热塑性树脂复合材料绝缘层,该绝缘层厚度控制在0.1mm。
本实用新型长期工作温度可达250℃,不仅具有结构简单、尺寸小、壁薄、柔软易敷设安装;减少敷设空间,实现轻型化,有利于高速列车的使用,还具有自熄灭性好,燃烧时发烟量低,产生的腐蚀性气体少,同时具有良好的耐冲击性、优良的抗蠕变性和耐疲劳性,优良的耐热湿循环性等特点。
