本实用新型是一种灯具上用于聚光或反光的反光片,特别是一种电镀铝反光片。 
背景技术
照明灯具上经常要用到聚光或反光的部件,现有的聚光或反光部件,都是按照灯具的形态用反光片做成一个聚光罩或反光罩,现有的反光片多为金属或塑料制的薄片,如铝板阳极氧化反光片、不锈钢反光片或涂覆有白漆的反光片等,这些反光片在制作方面存在工艺复杂、加工成本高、不耐用等缺陷,并且反光率低,反光效果差。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有反光片制作工艺复杂、不耐用、反光率低的缺陷,发明一种简易耐用反光率高的电镀铝反光片。 
本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的:所述电镀铝反光片,包括一基材层,在基材层的表面设有电镀铝层,在电镀铝层的表面设有反光剂层,反光剂层的表面设有塑料保护膜。 
所述基材层的背面设有黏结剂层,黏结剂层的表面设有贴纸层。 
本实用新型的积极效果如下:本实用新型对光的反射率高,可通过裁切制作成任意规格和形状的聚光罩或反光罩,适用于各种灯具,如日光灯、应急灯、纳米节能灯和LED灯等;本实用新型制作工艺简单,成本低,环保,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,所述电镀铝反光片,包括一基材层1,在基材层1的表面设有电镀铝层2,在电镀铝层2的表面设有反光剂层3,反光剂层3的表面设有塑料保护膜4。 
如图2所示,所述基材层1的背面设有黏结剂层5,黏结剂层5的表面设有贴纸层6。 
使用时,可通过裁切制作成任意规格和形状的聚光罩或反光罩,适用于各种灯具,如日光灯、应急灯、纳米节能灯和LED灯等;本实用新型对光的反射率高,制作工艺简单,成本低,环保,使用寿命长。

1.一种电镀铝反光片,其特征在于:其包括一基材层,在基材层的表面设有电镀铝层,在电镀铝层的表面设有反光剂层,反光剂层的表面设有塑料保护膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电镀铝反光片,其特征在于:所述基材层的背面设有黏结剂层,黏结剂层的表面设有贴纸层。
