本实用新型涉及一种反光板，特别是一种应用于LED灯具上的反光板。
背景技术
目前，一般LED灯具所使用的反光板都是由铝材质压制而成的，但众所周知，铝材质价格较铸铁昂贵，且相对于铸铁，铝材的提炼困难，而且对于灯具的反光板，只要能起到对灯光的反射作用即可，现有技术中将整条反光板都用铝材质制造，不仅大大的浪费了铝材料，也增加了使用成本。
实用新型内容
一种LED灯具的反光板，其包括铁质板体，所述板体的表面设有铝质反光层。
进一步，所述铝质反光层位于板体的上下两表面。
进一步，所述铝质反光层的厚度为0.3-1mm。
进一步，所述铝质反光层上设有保护膜。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本产品用在铁板表面镀反光用的铝层来代替现有技术当中的整块铝板作为LED灯具的反光板，大大的减少了铝材质的使用，节约了材料，降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本实用新型的一种LED灯具的反光板，其包括铁质板体1，所述板体1为铁板，板体1的表面镀有铝板反光层2。用铁板代替铝板作为反光板的主要板体，减少了铝材质的使用，大大的节约了铝材，降低了反光板的使用成本。在加工制作的时候，将铁板的上下两表面都镀上铝材质，这样不论哪个面都可以用来作为LED灯具的反光板。铝质反光层的厚度为0.3-1mm，优选厚度为0.5mm。
另外，所述铝质反光层2上镀有保护膜。为了保护铝质反光层2，在铝质反光层2上镀有或者贴有保护膜。
本产品加工制作简单，能大大减少铝材质的使用，节约LED灯具反光板的使用成本。

1.一种LED灯具的反光板，其特征在于：包括铁质板体（1），所述板体（1）的表面设有铝质反光层（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具的反光板，其特征在于：所述铝质反光层（2）位于板体（1）的上下两表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯具的反光板，其特征在于：所述铝质反光层（2）的厚度为0.3-1mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED灯具的反光板，其特征在于：所述铝质反光层（2）上设有保护膜。
