技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑节能保温隔热材料,具体涉及一种建筑外墙外保温材料,特别涉及一种PIR复合保温板,属于国际专利分类E04B、E04F技术领域。 
背景技术
在我国目前外墙保温仍使用传统的如聚苯保温板、挤塑保温板、由于其导热系数高为0.04W/m.K因而保温性能差,影响建筑节能保温效果;聚苯保温板、挤塑保温板属于热熔性材料,遇火收缩,形成熔滴,起到引燃的作用,防火性能差,不防火。聚苯保温板、挤塑保温板与水泥基粘结砂浆与抹面砂浆粘结强度低,与墙体结合性能差,存在安全隐患。因此如何能够尽快研发出在保温性能、防火、防水、粘结强度性能优异于传统聚苯保温板、挤塑保温板的复合保温隔热板,给建筑外墙保温提供一种全新即防水、防火、又能保温隔热的复合保温隔热板的问题摆在当前。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种具有独特的隔热保温性能和优良防火性能的PIR复合保温板。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。 
一种PIR复合保温板,其板体由夹心三层结构所组成,中心夹层为聚异三聚氰酸脂PIR保温层,中心夹层相邻的两边面层为柔性无机防火界面薄板。 
所述的复合保温板,其标准尺寸为:长1200mm*宽600mm;厚度为20mm-200mm。 
本实用新型的PIR复合保温板用于外墙外保温系统中,具有独特的隔热保温 性能和优良的保温防火性能。粘结能力强,导热系数小于0.02W/m.k,低于岩棉、玻璃棉、聚苯板、挤塑板等建筑保温隔热材料,减少保温厚度。憎水率95%以上,可将建筑外围护结构完全包裹,阻止了风和潮气通过缝隙流动进出建筑物,实现了完全密封。阻燃性好,离火3S自熄,表面碳化能阻止燃烧,且不会产生熔滴。外墙无需做防火隔离带。 
本实用新型的PIR复合保温板隔热保温节能效果明显持久,适用范围广泛,材质稳定抗变形、防火阻燃效果优异,轻质高强,抗冻融,耐久性好、防火、隔音隔热。质轻抗震,粘结力强、防脱落,抗压、抗拉强度高,无开裂,安全性可靠,无毒、无味、无污染,环境友好、绿色环保。

具体实施方式
参见附图,PIR复合保温板由柔性无机防火界面薄板2作为上、下两个面层,以聚异三聚氰酸脂PIR保温层1作为中心夹层,组合而成。它有效解决了传统聚苯保温板和挤塑保温板保温性能差、易燃等缺陷。 
本实用新型PIR复合保温板是以阻燃性能优异的新型高分子绝热材料聚异三聚氰酸脂PIR保温层1作为芯材层,两面覆以柔性无机防火界面薄板,运用滚桶原理,在工厂标准化连续工艺生产线上,利用PIR材料自身发泡生长的特性和PIR自身粘结性能,一次性将保温隔热芯材与防火面层恒温高压定型复合构建而成,是集建筑保温隔热和防火于一体的新型标准化保温复合板材。 
PIR标准板产品尺寸:长1200mm*宽600mm,PIR保温层厚度:20mm-200mm。

1.一种PIR复合保温板,其板体由夹心三层结构所组成,其特征在于:中心的夹层为聚异三聚氰酸脂PIR保温层(1),它两侧的相邻面层为柔性无机防火界面薄板(2)。
