本实用新型无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉是由无甲醛离心玻璃纤维棉组成,为无甲醛环保型白色玻璃棉施加无甲醛粘结剂叠粘、加温固化成型的板状材料。其容重轻、导热系数低,适用于防火、保温隔热、吸声要求高的高层建筑,主要用于建筑物屋顶保温、吸音和外墙外保温的保温和隔热。本实用新型无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉,最内层(1)为墙体基层,(2)为胶粘剂层,(3)为无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉板,(4)为锚栓,(5)为玻纤网,(6)为薄抹面保护层,最外层(7)是饰面涂层。施工采用粘贴附加固定件的方法固定保温板,采用外挂外保温技术。

Description

无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉
(一)、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型建筑节能保温材料。此产品应用在建筑外墙及屋顶的保温材料,适用于住宅、商用及工业建筑等各种建筑屋顶保温和建筑墙体的外墙内外保温。 
(二)、背景技术
当前,建筑物外围护结构保温节能形式中,主要有复合外墙外保温节能体系和单一保温墙体节能体系。复合外墙外保温节能体系是在外墙外侧设置保温层(大多数采用的保温材料是聚苯泡沫板制品、挤塑聚苯板,还有发泡聚氨酯等),在外保温层做装饰层,如果采取可靠构造措施还可粘贴面砖或者其他重型装饰材料(如劈裂砌砖,甚至挂石材或者金属幕墙)。此类保温形式突出的优点是保温性能好,轻质保温材料与重型墙材复合既保温又隔热,应用范围广,适合于各种结构形式和墙体。 
近两年发生的2009年央视大火和2010年上海“11-15”火灾,促使国家出台建筑节能领域的保温材料的防火性能技术要求与行政法规。防火成为建筑保温材料必须考虑的一个重要问题,保温隔热材料的燃烧性能越来越成为建筑材料选择的重要依据。但是据不完全了解,目前墙体保温市场上,防火性能达到B1级的寥寥无几,达到A级的更是屈指可数。国内市场上确实存在燃烧性能达到A级的保温材料,只有岩棉、矿棉类无机保温材料,但这些材料由于技术水平、生产条件等所制约,目前应用于外墙外保温体系的很少。无机保温材料中的传统离心玻璃棉比岩棉容重低、渣球含量少、导热系数低、使用年限长等优势,主要适用于墙体的保温隔热和吸音隔音。 
传统离心玻璃棉为黄色超细玻璃棉施加酚醛树脂粘结剂、加温固化成型的毡状、板状材料,其中黄色离心玻璃纤维的平均直径为12~18μm。传统保温玻璃棉采用酚醛树脂作为主要粘结剂,在玻璃棉中有游离甲醛、苯酚、尿素等有害物质存在,可长期在空气中释放低剂量甲醛,引起人体慢性呼吸道疾病、过敏刺激、极易出现肺功能异常、肝功能异常和免疫功能异常、嗅觉异常症状,甚至引发癌症,对于儿童孕妇的危害更大。 
(三)、实用新型内容
随着经济的发展,全球对能源的需求日益增大,建筑节能问题引起了越来越多的重视。建筑节能是本世纪我国建筑业的一个重要的课题。在我国北方寒冷地区的建筑采暖能耗已占当地全社会能耗的20%以上,且绝大部分都是采用火力发电和燃煤锅炉,同时给环境带来严重的污染。在建筑中,外围护结构的热损耗较大,外围护结构中墙体又占了很大份额。外墙保温的优越性是十分明显的,它能避免建筑热桥,避免墙体冬季结露;可以保护主体结构,减少温度应力,增加结构寿命;比内保温增多建筑使用面积;在既有房屋节能改造时不致干扰原有住户生活;使建筑物更为美观等等。与此同时,由于我国居住建筑以砖和混结构为主,结构厚重,热容量大,在采用外墙外保温的条件下,建筑热稳定性良好,因而房屋冬暖夏凉,居住舒适。所以建筑墙体改革与墙体节能技术的发展是建筑节能技术的一个最重要的环节,发展外墙保温技术及节能材料则是建筑节能的主要实现方式。 
实践证明,建筑节能最直接有效的方法是使用保温隔热材料。2009年央视大火和2010年上海“11-15”火灾,促使国家出台建筑节能领域的保温材料的防火性能技术要求与行政法规。防火成为建筑保温材料必须考虑的一个重要问题,保温隔热材料的燃烧性能越来越成为建筑材料选择的重要依据。 
为了解决传统保温材料防火性能差,耐用性能弱的问题,本实用新型提供一种新型保温材料无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉,它解决了现有保温材料的保温隔热问题;解决了现有保温材料防火性能差的问题;解决了传统玻璃棉不环保的问题。 
本实用新型涉及一种广泛用于防火、保温绝热、吸声要求的高层建筑、住宅、商业建筑及工业建筑的无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉;还可用于建筑物屋顶的保温。 
本实用新型不仅解决了保温材料的燃烧性能问题;还解决消除了传统玻璃棉中甲醛污染的技术环保问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案:无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉是由无甲醛离心玻璃纤维棉组成,为无甲醛环保型白色玻璃棉施加无甲醛粘结剂叠粘、加温固化成型的板状材料。其容重轻、导热系数低,适用于防火、保温隔热、吸声要求高的高层建筑,主要用于建筑物屋顶保温、吸音和外墙外保温的保温和隔热。其施工方便、外观整洁美观,没有污染,是一种高品质环保型外保温材料。 
本实用新型的技术特性: 
1、防火性能达到GB8624不燃A级 
2、导热系数0.032~0.035W/m·k(20℃)依容重、温度区别 
3、容重32~96kg/m3
4、白色玻纤,平均纤维直径5~8μm 
5、棉板的厚度在25-100mm。 
本实用新型具有以下优点: 
(1)耐火性好,属A级不燃产品。 
(2)不含甲醛,在玻璃棉的安装使用后都不会释放甲醛,因而不会对人体健康造成伤害、不会对环境造成污染。不含氨、苯等有害物质,无味,无毒,保护人体健康,改变工作环境。 
(3)保温隔热效果好,导热系数低。 
(4)吸声效果好,可以减小内外墙体以及地板、天花板集合处的产音传输。 
(5)无腐蚀性,不会造成对。 
(6)耐用性好,不会腐烂、发霉,经久耐用。 
(7)弹性好,粘结在一起的玻璃纤维在使用中不会分离,振动时不易脱落、断裂和松动。

实施例,参见图1,本实用新型无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉,图1中最内层(1)为墙体基层,(2)为胶粘剂层,(3)为无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉板,(4)为锚栓,(5)为玻纤网,(6)为薄抹面保护层,最外层(7)是饰面涂层。 
本实用新型无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉中,采用粘贴附加固定件的方法固定保温板,采用外挂外保温技术。用胶粘剂及专用的固定件锚栓将无甲醛环保型玻纤保温板贴、挂在外墙上,然后抹抗裂砂浆,压入玻纤网格布形成保护层,最后加做装饰面,终饰面粘瓷砖或涂料。

1.无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉,其特征在于:无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉是由无甲醛离心玻璃纤维棉组成,为无甲醛环保型白色玻璃棉施加无甲醛粘结剂叠粘、加温固化成型的板状材料。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉,其特征在于:上述棉所做成的棉板厚度是25-100mm,防火性能达到GB8624不燃A级。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉,其特征在于:上述无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉密度为32-96Kg/M3,导热系数0.032~0.035W/m.k(20℃)。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛环保型外保温玻璃棉,其特征在于:上述无甲醛环保型玻纤保温棉中的玻璃纤维平均直径为5-8μm。
