技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料片材领域,具体提供一种车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材。
背景技术
现有技术中,车用后备箱的左右侧所使用的材料通常采用PET无纺布+PP料+PET无纺布三层复合形式,其中一层PET无纺布作为表布装饰,另一层PET无纺布作为里布,但在生产加工中,为改性PP树脂,需要向PP树脂中填充无机矿物质,但这样变会增加车身的重量;而且里布的设置还需要用到一种复合装置,从而增大了生产成本和生产工艺加工的复杂性,不能满足汽车行业要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材,该复合塑料片材质轻、隔音隔热,而且还加工简单,成本低。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材,包括PP料胚和PET无纺布,所述PP料胚由PP淋膜层和PP发泡层组成,以使用方向为基准,所述PET无纺布定位设于所述PP淋膜层的上表面,所述PP发泡层设于所述PP淋膜层的下表面。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述PET无纺布和所述PP淋膜层之间设有胶合层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将PP淋膜层和PP发泡层共挤于一体形成PP料胚,与纯PP料或填充同样量的无机矿物质的非发泡材料相比,该PP料胚具有质轻、隔音隔热等优异性能,并且该PP料胚的生产加工工艺简单、成本低。

以下结合附图1详细说明本实用新型的实施例。本实用新型所提供的一种车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材,包括PP料胚1和PET无纺布2,所述PP料胚由PP淋膜层10和PP发泡层11组成,以使用方向为基准,所述PET无纺布定位设于所述PP淋膜层的上表面,所述PP发泡层设于所述PP淋膜层的下表面。
在本实施例中,所述PET无纺布和所述PP淋膜层之间设有胶合层。
在本实施例中,所述车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材的制备步骤为:(1)将PP树脂和其他辅料均一混合,再加入发泡剂将PP树脂成核,控制反应温度在150℃-200℃条件下,发泡产生的气体均匀分散在PP树脂粒子表面;(2)利用塑料片材成型机挤出PP料胚,其中,控制塑料片材成型机的螺杆温度为170℃-200℃,机头温度为170℃-210℃;(3)再在所述PP料胚的上表面上复合一层PET无纺布,然后切片即可制成本实用新型所述的车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材。

1.一种车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材,包括PP料胚(1)和PET无纺布(2),其特征在于:所述PP料胚由PP淋膜层(10)和PP发泡层(11)组成,以使用方向为基准,所述PET无纺布定位设于所述PP淋膜层的上表面,所述PP发泡层设于所述PP淋膜层的下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用PP改性微发泡的复合塑料片材,其特征在于:所述PET无纺布和所述PP淋膜层之间设有胶合层。
