背景技术
目前电池检测设备种类繁多,每台检测设备都有成百上千点位同时行,这时我们就会考虑到散热的问题,多数厂家都是用铝材质做成的散热片,和发热体用导热硅胶紧紧连在一起,如果要实现大电流的充放电,散热片就会很大,使设备很重,而且与发热体连接时需要打孔,用螺丝固定,由于铝材料的材质相对来说比较软,在装配过程中容易使孔滑松,导致安装困难,而选用PTC材质散热器,该散热器的特点加工方便,能切断,更重要的是体积小,重量轻,成本少,加热传热快,本实用新型正是基于这样的想法。

本实用新型提出一种PTC材质散热器,该装置导热快,可以达到快速散热的效果,体积小,重量轻,加工方便。 
为实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
本实用新型提出一种PTC材质散热器,包含风扇(A)、PTC散热器(B)、发热物体(C)组成,如图1所示:
发热物体(C)安装到PTC散热器(B)上,工作时发热物体(C) 产生的热量通过PTC散热器(B)散出,当发热物体(C)工作时,同时启动风扇(A),起到辅助散热效果。

1.一种PTC材质散热器,包含风扇(A)、PTC散热器(B)、发热物体(C)组成,其特征是:发热物体(C)安装到PTC散热器(B)上,工作时发热物体(C) 产生的热量通过PTC散热器(B)散出,当发热物体(C)工作时,同时启动风扇(A),起到辅助散热效果。
