本实用新型涉及肥料制造设备技术领域，特别是涉及一种造粒喷淋装置。
背景技术
熔体法复合肥工艺的三元素物质在熔融复合过程中其粘度比纯硝酸铵或尿素熔液的粘度大，且含有相当数量的固相悬浮颗粒，因此传统的喷淋造粒装置的喷孔容易被堵塞，无法维持正常生产。因此，为解决高粘度、含有一定比例固相悬浮颗粒的熔融物在塔式旋转喷淋造粒工艺中，既能达到对产量、粒径、合格率以及颗粒强度等指标的要求，又能满足工业化生产，急需一种喷淋造粒装置来解决。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、安装和清理方便、不易堵塞、能满足工业化生产的一种带加热装置的双轴差动造粒喷淋装置。
本实用新型由喷头、进料管、喷头上盖、布料器、传动机构、喷孔和加热装置组成，所述喷头外形为锥体，所述进料管位于喷头内的中心处，所述喷头上的喷孔为圆锥形，所述喷头上盖与喷头固定连接，所述喷头上设有气孔；所述进料管上固定有布料器，并设有两套各自独立的传动机构，即内轴和外轴，两套传动机构在同一轴心上工作。
所述喷孔的直径可以为2.5-4.5mm，孔距为3-9mm。
所述两套传动机构可同向异步差动旋转、逆向旋转或同向同步旋转。
本实用新型由于采用以上结构，同现有技术相比具有结构简单、安装和清理方便、不易堵塞、能满足工业化生产的优点。

如图1所示，图中：1、喷头，2、进料管，3、喷头上盖，4、布料器，5、传动机构，6、喷孔，7、加热装置。
其由喷头、进料管、喷头上盖、布料器、传动机构、喷孔和加热装置组成，其特征在于：所述喷头外形为锥体，所述进料管位于喷头内的中心处，所述喷头上的喷孔为圆锥形，所述喷头上盖与喷头固定连接，所述喷头上设有气孔；所述进料管上固定有布料器，并设有两套各自独立的传动机构，即内轴和外轴，两套传动机构在同一轴心上工作。喷孔的直径为4mm，孔距为6mm。两套传动机构可同向异步差动旋转、逆向旋转或同向同步旋转。
因此，视工艺配方的不同（配方与熔融液的粘度有关），差动喷头的单个喷孔面积较传统的尿素喷头大8倍，这样更有效的解决了喷淋造粒装置的堵塞问题。

1.一种带加热装置的双轴差动造粒喷淋装置，由喷头、进料管、喷头上盖、布料器、传动机构、喷孔和加热装置组成，其特征在于：所述喷头外形为锥体，所述进料管位于喷头内的中心处，所述喷头上的喷孔为圆锥形，所述喷头上盖与喷头固定连接，所述喷头上设有气孔；所述进料管上固定有布料器，并设有两套各自独立的传动机构，即内轴和外轴，两套传动机构在同一轴心上工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带加热装置的双轴差动造粒喷淋装置，其特征在于：所述喷孔的直径为2.5-4.5mm，孔距为3-9mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带加热装置的双轴差动造粒喷淋装置，其特征在于：所述两套传动机构可同向异步差动旋转、逆向旋转或同向同步旋转。
