背景技术
现有的蜂窝陶瓷发热砖,是一种应用于吸塑机中的发热块装置,蜂窝陶瓷红外发热装置虽相比于以前仅靠缠绕电阻丝耐火耐瓷盘的方式有所改进,但效率还是比较低,现有蜂窝陶瓷发热砖存在效率低、辐射温度不够、定向性能差等问题,造成热量损失较多,且使用寿命较短。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供组装式高效加热节能砖,克服了现有技术的不足,设计简单,安装方便,提高了有效的热能利用率,收集了空气流带走的热量,降低了生产车间环境温度。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
组装式高效加热节能砖,包括上壳体、下壳体、发热体、胶木骨架、引线,上壳体上设有胶木骨架,胶木骨架上设有引线,所述上壳体内设有发热体,发热体由陶瓷外壳内装有电热合金丝外设陶瓷片封装的,陶瓷片上具有多个均匀分布的加热孔。 
所述的陶瓷外壳上层依次叠加设有反射板、保温层、纤维纸。 
所述的上壳体和下壳体铆合连接固定。 
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下: 
本实用新型的热量损失较小,热效率高,节能效果显著比现有的加热砖节能30%,定向保温加热导向好,减小热量散发对部件损伤,降低了生产车间温度,改善了生产环境,延长了设备的使用寿。

参见附图,组装式高效加热节能砖,包括上壳体1、下壳体2、发热体3、胶木骨架4、引线5,上壳体1上设有胶木骨架4,胶木骨架4上设有引线5,上壳体1内设有发热体3,发热体3由陶瓷外壳301内装有电热合金丝6外设陶瓷片302封装的,陶瓷片302上具有多个均匀分布的加热孔。陶瓷外壳301上层依次叠加设有反射板7、保温层8、纤维纸9。将下壳体2套于上壳体1上,铆合连接固定。安装方便,使用时,减小热量散发对部件损伤,降低了生产车间温度,改善了生产环境,延长了设备的使用寿。
