本实用新型涉及一种用于电磁炉的匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘。
背景技术
现有的电磁炉所用的电磁加热线盘主要由盘架、加热线圈、铁粉芯组成,其中加热线圈采用漆包线一圈圈绕制而成,整体为环状,通过胶粘剂粘结在盘架面上,铁粉芯有若干条(一般为6条)呈辐射状固定在盘架里、加热线圈背面。人们在使用过程中发现:由于加热线圈的线与线之间紧贴,即匝间没有间隙,绝缘效果差,在使用过程中,易出现短路现象,影响电磁炉的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘,它可避免短路现象,从而延长电磁炉的使用寿命,提高热效率。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下技术措施来实现:一种匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘,由盘架、加热线圈、铁粉芯、电源线组成,铁粉芯有若干条呈辐射状固定在盘架里、加热线圈背面,加热线圈采用漆包线束一圈圈绕制而成,通过胶粘剂粘结在盘架面上,加热线圈的线与线之间有绝缘层。
绝缘层采用玻璃纤维布制成。
绝缘层的厚度为1mm~3mm。
本实用新型设计合理,由于加热线圈的线与线之间有绝缘层,在使用过程中,线与线之间不会因漆包线脱漆出现短路现象,其不但散热效果理想,绝缘性能好,热效率高,而且还可大大延长电磁炉的使用寿命。

参照图1、图2、图3,一种匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘,由盘架[1]、加热线圈[2]、铁粉芯[5]、电源线[4]组成,铁粉芯有若干条呈辐射状固定在盘架[1]里、加热线圈[2]背面,加热线圈[2]采用漆包线束一圈圈绕制而成,通过胶粘剂粘结在盘架[1]面上,加热线圈[2]的线与线之间有绝缘层[3],绝缘层[3]采用绝缘材料制成,如玻璃纤维布等,其厚度为0.1mm~3mm。上述的盘架[1]为平板盘状,也可为向内收缩的圆弧状。

1、一种匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘,由盘架[1]、加热线圈[2]、铁粉芯[5]、电源线[4]组成,其特征是加热线圈[2]的线与线之间有绝缘层[3]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘,其特征是绝缘层[3]采用绝缘材料制成。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的匝间绝缘电磁加热线盘,其特征是绝缘层[3]的厚度为0.1mm~3mm。
