Abstract

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构合理、造价低及工作效率高的电动筛料机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：它包括机架、料仓、筛体、驱动电机及设在料仓底部的螺旋输送器，驱动电机通过皮带及带轮与螺旋输送器连接，筛体通过连杆、偏心轮、皮带及带轮与驱动电机或螺旋输送器连接，螺旋输送器其螺旋片是由左螺旋片和右螺旋片两个旋向相对的叶片构成，料仓的底部分别于左螺旋片和右螺旋片相结合的上方和下方设有弧形罩和出料口，弧形罩扣在出料口之上，使得螺旋输送器在旋转时可将料仓中的物料从出料口抛出。
本实用新型的技术效果是：它具有结构合理、造价低及工作效率高的优点。

如图1、2和3所示，它包括机架1、料仓2、筛体3、驱动电机4及设在料仓2底部的螺旋输送器5，驱动电机4通过皮带及带轮与螺旋输送器5连接，筛体3通过连杆6、偏心轮7、皮带及带轮与驱动电机4或螺旋输送器5连接，螺旋输送器5其螺旋片是由左螺旋片8和右螺旋片9两个旋向相对的叶片构成，料仓2的底部分别于左螺旋片8和右螺旋片9相结合的上方和下方设有弧形罩10和出料口11，弧形罩10扣在出料口11之上，使得螺旋输送器5在旋转时可将料仓2中的物料从出料口11抛出。
