背景技术
瓜籽分离机是用于黄瓜、角瓜及白瓜等农作物瓜籽的分离设备，与人工分离相比，具有工作效率高、省时省力等诸多优点。但目前的瓜籽分离机由于其籽瓤分离筒部分的筛网不能或不易更换，而只能分离一种或籽粒大小相近的少数几种农作物，而存在功能单一的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种多功能瓜籽分离机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：它包括机壳、机架、喂料斗、籽瓤分离筛及籽粒提升机，机壳内设有滚筛，滚筛由旋向相反的筛筒和搅拌轴构成，滚筛与喂料斗通过物料提升机连接，所述机架两侧各设有一个籽瓤分离筛。
本实用新型的技术效果是：它具有结构简单、合理及造价低的优点，可以通过增加的籽粒分离筒对多种不同规格的农作物进行籽粒分离。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示，它包括机壳1、机架2、喂料斗3、籽瓤分离筛4及籽粒提升机5，机壳1由下部收拢的壳体及上部的机盖构成，机壳1内设有滚筛6，滚筛6由旋向相反的筛筒10和搅拌轴11构成，滚筛6与喂料斗3通过物料提升机7连接，喂料斗3与物料提升机7底部连接，物料提升机7上部出料端与滚筛6进料端连接，机壳1的内底部设有与籽瓤分离筛4连接的底螺旋输送装置8，籽瓤分离筛4为内部设有螺旋输送装置的筒状筛分体，其出料口与籽粒提升机5连接，所述机架2两侧各设有一个籽瓤分离筛4。两籽瓤分离筛4均通过链条及链轮与底螺旋输送装置8的前轴端连接。
所述喂料斗3和物料提升机7设于机架后端，物料提升机7其输入端通过伞齿轮转向装置9与底螺旋输送装置8的后轴端连接。
所述机壳1后部设有粉料仓12，粉料仓12前端设有滑环13，滚筛6后端与滑环13连接，通过粉碎的瓜液润滑，滚筛6其搅拌轴11后端于粉料仓12内设有粉料螺旋片14，粉料螺旋片14间设有粉料刀15。
本实用新型设有行走轮及牵引装置，行走轮为弓形轴，可通过装配液压缸及液压系统调整机体的高度，其底螺旋输送装置8前轴端设有花键，可通过万向轴与牵引机头连接。动力由底螺旋输送装置8前轴端输入，通过链条及链轮将动力分别传送到滚筛6的搅拌轴11及两籽瓤分离筛4轴上，滚筛6的搅拌轴11通过链条、链轮及介齿轮将动力通过筛筒10前端的齿圈传送至筛筒10，实现筛筒10和搅拌轴11反向运转，籽瓤分离筛4通过链条及链轮将动力传送给籽瓤分离筛4。物料提升机7为链式提升装置，负责将完整的作物提升至粉料粉料仓12进行粉碎，粉碎后的籽粒及瓜瓤经挤压由筛筒10的筛孔落到机壳1底部并经底螺旋输送装置8输送到一侧的籽瓤分离筛4中进行籽粒分离，粉碎的肉泥由籽瓤分离筛4的圆筒状的筛网挤出，分离出的籽粒再经籽粒提升机5输出。
本实用新型机架2两侧的籽瓤分离筛4筛孔大小不同，分别适用于两种不同籽粒规格的作物，作业时，底螺旋输送装置8前轴端只与一侧的籽瓤分离筛4通过链条连接，另一侧的籽瓤分离筛4通过插板将进料口挡死。

1.多功能瓜籽分离机，包括机壳（1）、机架（2）、喂料斗（3）、籽瓤分离筛（4）及籽粒提升机（5），机壳（1）内设有滚筛（6），滚筛（6）由旋向相反的筛筒（10）和搅拌轴（11）构成，滚筛（6）与喂料斗（3）通过物料提升机（7）连接，其特征在于，所述机架（2）两侧各设有一个籽瓤分离筛（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能瓜籽分离机，其特征在于，所述喂料斗（3）和物料提升机（7）设于机架后端，物料提升机（7）其输入端通过伞齿轮转向装置（9）与底螺旋输送装置（8）的后轴端连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能瓜籽分离机，其特征在于，所述机壳（1）后部设有粉料仓（12），粉料仓（12）前端设有滑环（13），滚筛（6）后端与滑环（13）连接，滚筛（6）其搅拌轴（11）后端于粉料仓（12）内设有粉料螺旋片（14），粉料螺旋片（14）间设有粉料刀（15）。
