技术领域
本实用新型属于一种离心式净油机的排气装置。
背景技术
离心式净油机在工作时必须保证离心筒内供油充足。如果净油机吸油管路较长或被净化油液粘度较大时就会出现供油不足的情况，将会引起设备振动，零件磨损，压力不稳，停机等故障。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决以上问题，而提供一种可自动吸油排气的离心式净油机自动吸油排气装置，既保证净油机能够正常工作，同时还可将油液中的气体排出，减少用油系统的故障。
本实用新型技术方案是这样得以实现的：一种离心式净油机自动吸油排气装置，包括辅助油箱1、与辅助油箱1顶部连接的进油管5、与辅助油箱1底部连接的出油管6，其特点是：真空泵3通过气动软管4连接在辅助油箱1的上部，在辅助油箱1中装有控制真空泵3开停的液位继电器2。
本实用新型结构简单，可以自动吸油排气，不但保证净油机的正常工作，还能减少用油系统的故障。

具体实施方式
由图1可见：本实用新型包括辅助油箱1、与辅助油箱1顶部连接的进油管5、与辅助油箱1底部连接的出油管6，真空泵3通过气动软管4连接在辅助油箱1的上部，在辅助油箱1中装有控制真空泵3开停的液位继电器2。当辅助油箱1中液面下降至下工作点b时，液位继电器2就接通真空泵3的工作电源，启动真空泵3。当辅助油箱1中液面上升至上工作点a时，液位继电器2就切断真空泵3的工作电源，真空泵3停止工作。
本实用新型的工作原理：净油机在工作时进油管路漏气或是被净化油液中含有游离气体都会在辅助油箱1中聚集（气体）。当辅助油箱中气体增多，液面下降至液位继电器2下工作点b时，液位继电器2控制真空泵3启动工作，通过气动软管4将辅助油箱1中的气体排出，被净化油液通过进油管5快速自动吸入辅助油箱1中。当辅助油箱1中液面上升至上工作点a时，液位继电器2使真空泵3停止工作，如此循环始终保持离心机供油充足。

1.一种离心式净油机自动吸油排气装置，包括辅助油箱（1）、与辅助油箱（1）顶部连接的进油管（5）、与辅助油箱（1）底部连接的出油管（6），其特征在于：真空泵（3）通过气动软管（4）连接在辅助油箱（1）的上部，在辅助油箱（1）中装有控制真空泵（3）开停的液位继电器（2）。
