本实用新型是提供一种自吸装置。该装置能完全满足无自吸能力离心泵的自动、正常启动。它是在泵(5)和吸入管(1)之间，串联一个真空箱(2)，在启动泵(5)时能实现自吸功能；在泵(5)和排出管(7)之间，串联一个具有一定液位的蓄水箱(6)，可彻底解决以往启动泵前需灌引水的一大难题。其具有结构简单，自动省时，装拆便利，适用范围广，安全可靠等特点。

本实用新型涉及水泵制造和使用，尤其适合无自吸能力离心泵。
背景技术
目前，国内外无自吸能力离心泵为了满足正常启动需要，通常是采用开泵前灌引水老办法，并在泵的吸入管安装莲蓬头，以防止吸入管内的水产生泄漏。该办法操作繁琐，莲蓬头时有泄漏，惧怕寒冻，往往影响泵的正常启动，安全可靠性差。
发明内容
本实用新型目的：是提供一种自吸装置，能完全满足无自吸能力离心泵的自动、正常启动。
本实用新型特点：结构简单，自动省时，装拆便利，适用范围广，安全可靠。该自吸装置是在泵和吸入管之间串联一个真空箱，在泵和排出管之间串联一个蓄水箱。其原理是：在启动泵时，利用真空箱实现自吸功能，而蓄水箱作用是：保证真空箱具有一定的液位，可彻底解决以往启动泵前需灌引水的一大难题。

具体实施方式：
在泵(5)和吸入管(1)之间，串联一个真空箱(2)，要求吸入管(1)伸进真空箱(2)内一定高度，并在真空箱(2)顶部和侧边分别安装一个补水阀(3)和检查真空箱(2)液位的阀(4)；在泵(5)和排出管(7)之间串联一个蓄水箱(6)，蓄水箱(6)的管道安装位置的要求是低进高出。
