本实用新型公开了一种端盖内置式滚筒，由筒体和端盖构成，端盖圆周外缘嵌在筒体内部。采用上述结构，由于端盖圆周外缘被筒体所覆盖，在分选过程中始终对其进行保护，使得端盖不易被磨损，大大延长了滚筒的使用寿命，减少了端盖更换所带来的运行成本增加，选矿无法连续作业等诸多问题，增加了经济效益，提高了工作效率。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于磁选机零件技术领域，具体涉及一种端盖内置式滚筒。
二、背景技术
磁选机是一种选矿设备，工作原理是利用磁系磁场作用和滚筒的运转把矿浆中的有用矿物选别出来。滚筒是磁选机的主要零件之一，通常由筒体及其两侧的端盖构成。为了保证分选效果，滚筒的端盖必须由不导磁材料制成，一般为铸铝合金材料。但该种铸铝合金材料的耐磨系数较小，抗磨性能较差。分选过程中端盖的圆周外缘极易被矿浆磨损，造成严重损坏，使得滚筒无法正常使用，极大地降低了滚筒的使用寿命。而频繁更换端盖不仅会增加运行成本，而且还会给选矿连续作业带来较大的影响。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，设计合理，使用寿命长，
无需频繁更换端盖的滚筒。
    为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：该滚筒由筒体和端盖构成，其特点是：端盖圆周外缘嵌在筒体内部。
采用上述结构，由于端盖圆周外缘被筒体所覆盖，在分选过程中始终对其进行保护，使得端盖不易被磨损，大大延长了滚筒的使用寿命，减少了端盖更换所带来的运行成本增加，选矿无法连续作业等诸多问题，增加了经济效益，提高了工作效率。

五、具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型由筒体4及安装在其两侧的端盖1构成，其中筒体4由厚度为3mm的不锈钢材料制成；端盖1由铸铝合金材料（一般为ZL102）制成。端盖1圆周外缘嵌在筒体4内部，即端盖1圆周外缘紧贴在筒体4的内壁上。端盖1与筒体4之间通过螺钉2固定在一起，在更换端盖1时，将固定螺钉2松开即可。为了提高筒体4和端盖1之间的密封性，端盖1与筒体4之间的对接处设橡胶0型圈3进行密封。

2.根据权利要求1所述的端盖内置式滚筒，其特征是：端盖（1）与筒体（4）之间的对接处设橡胶O型圈（3）。
