技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,尤其涉及一种碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,属于电气设备领域。    
背景技术
众所周知,现有技术的电热器大都使用镍铬合金、铁铬铝合金和铜合金材料做电热体。由于这些电热体材料自身固有特性的原因,在使用中存在有很多不足,如:通用镍铬合金材料、铁铬铝合金和铜合金材料制成的电热体,虽有可塑性和可弯曲性,但电热体在电加热使用过程中表面易氧化,由此造成局部电流过大,温度过高而被烧断。同时电热过程中有可见光存在,因此热效率低。上述电热材料虽有一定可塑性和可弯曲性,但是它们却很难制作成任意的几何形状的电热体,并不具有耐长久和随意弯曲性能而影响其应用范围。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种电子节能净水杯,结构简单、使用寿命长、可塑性好、工作过程无可见光、电热转换效率高、工作温度范围宽,而且具有柔性好,使用寿命长的电热线。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是,一种碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,包括电源导线,所述电源导线外包裹有导线绝缘层,导线绝缘层上螺旋形缠绕有内层连接线,导线绝缘层外包裹有发热层,发热层外包裹有发热层保护套,发热层保护套上螺旋形缠绕有外层连接线;所述发热层保护套上设置有屏蔽线层,屏蔽线层外包裹有外层保护套;所述屏蔽层为碳纤维丝镀镍制成的网状套管。 
优化的,上述碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,其内层连接线连接电源导线和发热层,外层连接线连接发热层和屏蔽线层。
本实用新型的碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆采用碳纤维材料代替普通的镍铬合金、铁铬铝合金和铜合金材料等材料作发热体,能弯曲至任意形状,不畏惧加热过程中可见光的存在,并且能减小局部电流,减少加热过程中热量的损耗,热效率高,增大了电热线的应用范围,经济实用,节能环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型为一种碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,包括电源导线1,所述电源导线1外包裹有导线绝缘层2,导线绝缘层2上螺旋形缠绕有内层连接线3,导线绝缘层2外包裹有发热层4,发热层4外包裹有发热层保护套5,发热层保护套5上螺旋形缠绕有外层连接线6;所述发热层保护套5上设置有屏蔽线层7,屏蔽线层7外包裹有外层保护套8;所述屏蔽层7为碳纤维丝镀镍制成的网状套管。内层连接线3连接电源导线1和发热层4,外层连接线6连接发热层4和屏蔽线层7。本实用新型的碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,具有以下优点:具有结构设计合理,采用碳纤维材料代替普通的镍铬合金、铁铬铝合金和铜合金材料等材料作发热体,能弯曲至任意形状,不畏惧加热过程中可见光的存在,制作工艺简单,能减小局部电流,减少加热过程中热量的损耗,热效率高达百分之九十八以上、随机使用性强、可塑性好、使用范围宽,工作温度在40摄氏度至60摄氏度,碳纤维发热体与电源导线组成回路可使用直流1.5V电压驱动发热,增大了电热线的应用范围,经济实用,节能环保。

1.一种碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,包括电源导线,其特征在于:所述电源导线外包裹有导线绝缘层,导线绝缘层上螺旋形缠绕有内层连接线,导线绝缘层外包裹有发热层,发热层外包裹有发热层保护套,发热层保护套上螺旋形缠绕有外层连接线;所述发热层保护套上设置有屏蔽线层,屏蔽线层外包裹有外层保护套;所述屏蔽层为碳纤维丝镀镍制成的网状套管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维屏蔽电热电缆,其特征在于:所述内层连接线连接电源导线和发热层,外层连接线连接发热层和屏蔽线层。
