背景技术
现有技术的电热材料用金属合金做电热体,在使用中存在很多不足,如:通用镍铬合金材料、铁铬铝合金和铜合金材料制成的电热体,虽有可塑性和可弯曲性,但电热体在电加热使用过程中表面易氧化,造成局部电流过大,温度过高而被烧断。同时电热过程中有可见光存在,因此热效率低。上述电热材料虽有一定可塑性和可弯曲性,但是利用电热体材料自身固有的特性却很难制作成任意的几何形状的电热体,并且影响其应用范围、使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种碳纤维制电热电缆,电热转换率及强度高,使用寿命长,可塑性好,结构简单,便于操作。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种碳纤维制电热电缆,包括芯线,芯线外包裹有耐高温绝缘胶皮,其耐高温绝缘胶皮外层设置有碳纤维发热线,所述碳纤维发热线外设置有金属制成网状金属层;所述网状金属层外包裹有硅橡胶PVC制导热层;所述硅橡胶PVC制导热层中设置有抗拉塑料纤维网,碳纤维发热线呈螺旋形缠绕于耐高温绝缘胶皮上的凹槽内。
优化的,上述碳纤维制电热电缆,其碳纤维发热线通过接头扣与芯线连接。

如图1所示,本实用新型为一种碳纤维制电热电缆,包括芯线1,芯线1外包裹有耐高温绝缘胶皮2,其耐高温绝缘胶皮2外层设置有碳纤维发热线3,所述碳纤维发热线3外设置有金属制成网状金属层4;所述网状金属层4外包裹有硅橡胶PVC制导热层5;所述硅橡胶PVC制导热层5中设置有抗拉塑料纤维网51,碳纤维发热线3呈螺旋形缠绕于耐高温绝缘胶皮上2的凹槽21内。碳纤维发热线3通过接头扣6与芯线1连接。本实用新型的优点有:碳纤维发热线发热均匀,绝缘良好;结合现有技术,可以探测碳纤维发热线的温度,并能对漏电情况进行全程监控;电热转换效率高、工作温度范围宽、工作过程中无可见光,热滞后小,升温快,发热温度均匀;电加热功率可调,表面工作温度50度-200度;电器性能稳定,可靠,使用寿命高达5年以上,可在液体和空气中使用,可广泛的应用在工业、农业、民用领域的液体和空气加热等等,因此本实用新型具有很好的推广使用价值。
