一般在水表等流量测量仪表的上游段加装有过滤器，以免管道中杂质对测量仪表的流量检测元件造成损坏或计量失准，多数流量计是以测量流体速度来检测流量的，速度为矢量有大小和方向，当流体处于层流时测量精度高，如果产生流动扰动，造成流速场异常，测量精度下降，流体在管道中流动，通过过滤器时，受滤网阻挡，流体扰动更加严重，会明显影响测量精度，为解决上述问题，特提供一种新的技术方案。
