本实用新型属于电讯产品的辅助使用的设施,特别涉及平板电脑及电话等手持显示器的固定设置。
背景技术:
现有供平板电脑及电话等手持显示器使用的支架或固定座,基本上是一对夹扣以可调整的方式设置夹机架,结构复杂成本高昂还使用不便。
发明内容:
本实用新型的手持显示器支持架的夹机钳的构造,主要由底座、臂架、关节、夹机钳等构成手持显示器的支持架。本夹机钳以用力张开弹性钳口置入显示器回弹夹紧实现夹机功能。夹机钳的夹合力由一组同轴串合设置的,用钢线盘绕成螺旋状的扭力弹簧A和扭力弹簧B联合提供,扭力弹簧A与扭力弹簧B的成型尺寸工艺相同但螺旋盘绕的方向相反,同轴线串合构成处于中部相邻的弹簧A的扭力臂及弹簧B的扭力臂的抗扭力方向相同,嵌入宽度小的钳夹A将A和B两个不同的扭力弹簧的扭力臂合并锁定构成一个夹机钳的钳脚;分开处于外边两头的弹簧A扭力臂及弹簧B扭力臂的抗扭力方向相同,嵌入宽度较大的钳夹B将A和B两个不同的扭力弹簧的扭力臂合并锁定构成另一个夹机钳的钳脚。所述抗扭力方向相同就是将一个夹机钳的钳脚固定,顺盘绕方向扭转另一个夹机钳的钳脚时,扭力弹簧A与扭力弹簧B被改变的形态相同。由于平板电脑与手提电话特别各种手提电话之间的显示器尺寸相差很大,为了实现尽可能兼容,同位置在钳夹A和钳夹B与关节轴不同的距离上设置多个钳夹显示器的钳爪适应夹持不同尺寸的显示器。为了使夹着平板电脑调整到合适位置后持定不变的功能,将串合扭力弹簧A和扭力弹簧B的关节轴的轴径最大处设置成略大于扭力弹簧A和扭力弹簧B的盘绕内径。以过紧配合的方法设置,装配后关节轴将两个扭力弹簧的盘绕内径胀大,使抱紧力大于设计负荷的重力实现持定。

具体实施方式:
如图1-6所示,本实用新型实施例的手持显示器支持架的夹机钳的构造,主要由底座(1)、臂架(2)、关节(3)、夹机钳(4)构成手持显示器的支持架。夹机钳(4)的夹合力由一组同轴串合设置的,用钢线盘绕成螺旋状的扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)联合提供,扭力弹簧(4-2A)与扭力弹簧(4-2B)的螺旋盘绕方向相反,同轴线串合构成处于中部相邻的弹簧扭力臂(4-2A1)及弹簧扭力臂(4-2B1)的抗扭力方向相同,嵌入钳夹(4-3A)合并锁定后构成一个夹机钳脚;分开处于外边两头的弹簧扭力臂(4-2A2)及弹簧扭力臂(4-2B2)的抗扭力方向相同,嵌入钳夹(4-3B)合并锁定后构成另一个夹机钳脚。在钳夹(4-3A)和钳夹(4-3B)的相同位置上设置长、中、短三个钳爪(Z)适应夹持不同尺寸的显示器。串合扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)的关节轴(4-1)的轴径略大于扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)的盘绕内径(4-23),以过紧配合的方法设置,将扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)强行嵌入关节轴(4-1)后装上两个封盖(4-11)。一般平板电脑的重力小于2公斤,关节轴(4-1)将盘绕内径(4-23)胀大,使抱紧力大于设计负荷的重力。

1.手持显示器支持架的夹机钳的构造,主要由底座(1)、臂架(2)、关节(3)、夹机钳(4)构成手持显示器支持架,其特征是:夹机钳(4)的夹合力由一组同轴串合设置的,用钢线盘绕成螺旋状的扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)联合提供,扭力弹簧(4-2A)与扭力弹簧(4-2B)的螺旋盘绕方向相反,同轴线串合构成处于中部相邻的弹簧扭力臂(4-2A1)及弹簧扭力臂(4-2B1)的抗扭力方向相同,嵌入钳夹(4-3A)合并构成一个夹机钳脚;分开处于外边两头的弹簧扭力臂(4-2A2)及弹簧扭力臂(4-2B2)的抗扭力方向相同,嵌入钳夹(4-3B)合并构成另一个夹机钳脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的手持显示器支持架的夹机钳的构造,其特征是:在钳夹(4-3A)和钳夹(4-3B)上设置多个钳爪(Z)适应夹持不同尺寸的显示器。
3.如权利要求1所述的手持显示器支持架的夹机钳的构造,其特征是:串合扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)的关节轴(4-1)的轴径略大于扭力弹簧(4-2A)和扭力弹簧(4-2B)的盘绕内径(4-23)以过紧配合的方法设置,关节轴(4-1)将盘绕内径(4-23)胀大,使抱紧力大于设计负荷的重力。
