背景技术
目前的大多采用滚珠丝杆副带循环器滚珠螺母结构,带循环器滚珠螺母一样钢珠循环。特别在在高速滚珠螺母高速运动时因为循环器精度不够或磨耗产生卡珠而循环不畅,从而该类结构进给速度限制。因此,针对上述问题是本实用新型研究的对象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型滚珠高速丝杆副结构,有力解决了目前滚珠丝杆结构要求循环器精度高、进给速度限制等问题,有利于提高丝杆导程、进给速度和降低生产成本。
本实用新型的特征在于:一种新型滚珠高速丝杆副结构,包括螺杆和带滚珠相配的螺母铜套,其特征在于:所述螺母铜套的内周壁上按丝杆螺距开设有若干用以框住滚珠的圆通孔。
本实用新型的优点:本实用新型结构简单,滚珠使用量少,能有效提高丝杆的导程和进给速度,从而提高丝杆的效率和降低成本。

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,一种新型滚珠高速丝杆副结构,包括螺杆1和带滚珠2相配的螺母铜套3,所述螺母铜套3的内周壁上按丝杆螺距开设有若干用以框住滚珠2的圆通孔3-1。
上述螺母铜套3外周上设有外铜套4,所述外铜套4经设于螺母铜套圆通孔3-1内的滚珠2与外铜套4连接。所述螺母铜套的内周壁上按丝杆螺距开设有若干用以框住滚珠的圆通孔,外铜套内径套在装有钢珠内铜套上,使钢珠只能在固定圆孔内转动。不用像带循环器滚珠螺母一样钢珠循环。
所述螺母铜套的内径的直径要大于滚珠丝杆的直径,防止它们发生干涉。具有结构简单,使用寿命长低噪音,能有效提高丝杆的导程和进给速度,从而提高丝杆的效率和降低成本。
具体实施过程:将滚珠安装在螺母铜套的圆通孔内,由于直径大小的不同,会使螺母套框住滚珠,并且只有部分露出通孔,为了使滚珠运动更加顺畅,在滚珠上涂抹润滑脂,然后将螺母铜套旋入螺杆上。在上述基础上,螺母铜套还加装了一个外铜套,外铜套内壁光滑。本实用新型的丝杆结构大大简化了滚珠的使用量,并且增大了丝杆的导程等参数。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型滚珠高速丝杆副结构,其特征在于:所述螺母铜套外周上设有外铜套,所述外铜套经设于螺母铜套圆通孔内的滚珠与外铜套连接。
