参见图1,一种有机肥粉状生产加工装置,包括翻抛机1,翻抛机1连接二次堆放发酵区2、并对二次堆放发酵区2内的原料进行处理,二次堆放发酵区2将原料送入半湿物料粉碎机3,半湿物料粉碎机3将处理过的原料送入搅拌机4进行搅拌,搅拌机4处理后再将原料送入烟草粉碎机5,烟草粉碎机5将原料进行颗粒状处理后再送入烘干机6进行烘烤,烘干机6内设有热风炉7,烘干后将原料送入除尘室8并通过引风机9进行处理,除尘室8处理后再通过冷却机10和筛分机11进行步骤处理,生产好的产品通过包膜机12和包装秤13进行包装,包装后送入成品区14进行储存,即完成了有机肥粉状生产加工的工作。
本实用新型能合理彻底地完成对原料的粉状处理过程,整个生产加工过程流畅、简单、环保,节约了生产成本,提高了工作效率,缩小了工时,具有建设周期短、投资回报利润高且市场风险小的特点,有机肥减少环境污染,对人、畜、环境安全、无毒,是一种环保型肥料。
