背景技术
 电枢嵌线槽是用来嵌放电枢绕组的,一般情况下的宽度是一致的,但由于目前插纸工艺无法满足设计要求,在首槽绝缘纸头尾接头处绝缘纸出现重叠现象,在重叠处绝缘纸的厚度增加一倍,使得原本够用的空用变小了,在插线时由于铁芯插线槽内空间小使得漆包铜线变形易碰破漆皮,导致产品耐压不良。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决首槽绝缘纸重叠影响漆包铜线在铁芯嵌线槽内的放置位置,易导致铜线漆皮破裂问题,提供一种汽车起动机电枢铁芯嵌线槽结构。 
本实用新型是这样实现的: 
一种汽车起动机电枢铁芯嵌线槽结构,包括铁芯本体,在铁芯本体上设有嵌线槽,其特殊之处是:所述的嵌线槽首槽对应绝缘纸重叠处为宽口。
所述嵌线槽首槽上宽口单边与宽口单边以上部位的宽度差等于单层绝缘纸的厚度。
本实用新型的优点是:通过将铁芯嵌线槽首槽对应绝缘纸重叠处向外扩宽,确保插纸工艺绝缘纸重叠后插线空间不变,防止漆包铜线变形碰破漆皮,完全满足电机性能要求,并且解决了电枢耐压不良的问题。
