目前国内汽车起重机吊臂头部，各控制电器之间的连接是通过电缆线分布式连接而完成的，其缺点是安装时间长且易出错，布线不美观，不适宜大批量流水线作业。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于安装和维修，适宜大批量流水线作业的电气连接分线控制盒。
本实用新型的技术方案是：电气连接分线控制盒，包括盒体和盒盖，所述盒体与盒盖紧固连接，所述盒体上设有插座，所述插座上配置有与外部连接的插头，所述盒体内设有各插座之间的连接线路，所述盒盖上设有各插座的功能标识。 
进一步，所述插座优选防水航空插座，插头优选防水航空插头。 
进一步，所述防水航空插座和防水航空插头可选用不同芯数规格的防水航空插座和防水航空插头。 
本实用新型结构简单，制造成本低；用于线路连接安装，在装配时不易出错，便于安装和维修，且使线路安装整洁和美观，防护等级高，可适用于户外使用环境；适用范围广。

参照附图，本实施例包括盒体（图中未示出）和盒盖6，所述盒体和盒盖6紧固连接，所述盒体上设有防水航空插座 Ⅰ1、防水航空插座Ⅱ2、防水航空插座Ⅲ3、防水航空插座Ⅳ4、防水航空插座Ⅴ5，并相应的配置有与外部连接的防水航空插头Ⅰ1-1、防水航空插头Ⅱ2-1、防水航空插头Ⅲ3-1、防水航空插头Ⅳ4-1、防水航空插头Ⅴ5-1；所述盒体内设有各防水航空插座之间的连接线路（图中未示出），所述盒盖上设有各防水航空插座的功能标识。 
所述防水航空插座和防水航空插头选用不同芯数的规格，可防止出现误插。 
所述盒体和盒盖密封，可防尘防水，适于户外使用；所述防水航空插座和防水航空插座均为防护等级在IP65以上的防水航空插座和防水航空插座；所述防水航空插座的功能标识符为安装和维修提供了方便，省时、省工。

1.电气连接分线控制盒，其特征在于：包括盒体和盒盖，所述盒体与盒盖紧固连接，所述盒体上设有插座，所述插座上配置有与外部连接的插头，所述盒体内设有各插座之间的连接线路。
