本实用新型涉及电缆技术领域,具体涉及船舰用信号电缆。 
背景技术
目前,我国船舰用电缆基本都是采用纯铜做电缆导体和屏蔽层,无疑造成了电缆本身的重量大、成本高,不利于船舰的轻量化和成本控制。随着现代技术的发展,铜包铝线的技术水平越来越高,在某种程度上可以代替纯铜应用于电线电缆制造业,而船舰用信号电缆在抗衰减、抗电磁干扰方面要求极为严格。市场上并没有既可以替代纯铜用于船舰用电缆制造业,又能够达到抗衰减、抗电磁干扰合格的信号电缆。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述缺陷,提供了一种重量轻、成本低、性能可靠、经久耐用的船舰用信号电缆。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:船舰用信号电缆,包括有绝缘线芯、间隙填充物、隔离层、屏蔽层和外护套;所述绝缘线芯由导体和绝缘层组成;所述绝缘层挤包在导体外侧;所述绝缘线芯绞合为缆芯;所述绝缘线芯的间隙设置有间隙填充物;所述缆芯外绕包有隔离层;所述隔离层外设置有屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外部绕包有外护套。 
上述船舰用信号电缆中,所述导体为铜包铝材质;所述绝缘层为低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃材质;所述间隙填充物为聚丙烯撕裂带;所述隔离层为聚酯薄膜;所述屏蔽层为铜包铝丝编织结构;所述外护套为低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃材质。

实施例1
如图1所示,在铜包铝导体1上挤包低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘层2,绝缘线芯绞合成缆,间隙用聚丙烯撕裂带3做为间隙填充物进行填充,缆芯外绕包一层聚酯薄膜构成隔离层4,隔离层4外采用铜包铝丝编织作屏蔽层5,屏蔽层5外绕包一层低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃材料构成外护套6。

1.船舰用信号电缆,其特征在于:包括有绝缘线芯、间隙填充物、隔离层、屏蔽层和外护套;所述绝缘线芯由导体和绝缘层组成;所述绝缘层挤包在导体外侧;所述绝缘线芯绞合为缆芯;所述绝缘线芯的间隙设置有间隙填充物;所述缆芯外绕包有隔离层;所述隔离层外设置有屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外部绕包有外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舰用信号电缆,其特征在于:所述导体为铜包铝材质;所述绝缘层为低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃材质;所述间隙填充物为聚丙烯撕裂带;所述隔离层为聚酯薄膜;所述屏蔽层为铜包铝丝编织结构;所述外护套为低烟无卤辐照交联聚烯烃材质。
