背景技术
船用电缆对缆件的抗拉压和防水性能有着更高的要求,而普通的船用电缆难以在复杂的船舶运行环境中保持完好。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种船用电缆。
技术方案:本发明一种船用电缆包括绝缘线芯、包覆绝缘线芯的挤压层、绝缘线芯与挤压层间填充的填充物、包覆挤压层的铠装层和包覆铠装层的外护套。其中,挤压层采用玻璃纤维制成,铠装层为钢丝编织带,外护套采用交联聚烯烃材料制成。
优选的,所述绝缘线芯数量为两根。
优选的,所述填充物为聚丙烯撕拉绳。
有益效果:本发明一种船用电缆,采用阻水材料和抗拉压结构,设计合理,兼具实用性和安全性。

如图1所示,本发明一种船用电缆包括绝缘线芯1、包覆绝缘线芯1的挤压层2、绝缘线芯1与挤压层2间填充的填充物3、包覆挤压层2的铠装层4和包覆铠装层4的外护套5。其中,挤压层2采用玻璃纤维制成,铠装层4为钢丝编织带,外护套5采用交联聚烯烃材料制成。所述绝缘线芯1数量为两根。所述填充物3为聚丙烯撕拉绳。

1.一种船用电缆,其特征在于:包括绝缘线芯、包覆绝缘线芯的挤压层、绝缘线芯与挤压层间填充的填充物、包覆挤压层的铠装层和包覆铠装层的外护套,其中,挤压层采用玻璃纤维制成,铠装层为钢丝编织带,外护套采用交联聚烯烃材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘线芯数量为两根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用电缆,其特征在于:所述填充物为聚丙烯撕拉绳。
