本实用新型属于工业化物料闪蒸干燥机，具体涉及一种1，3-环己二酮专用闪蒸干燥机物料收集装置。
背景技术
通用闪蒸干燥机的脉冲滤尘系统由一个巨大的不锈钢筒为主体，内部有数十个由金属拉簧组成，以及外罩滤袋组成了微孔过滤总成。工作时从旋风落料装置处逃逸出来的超细粉末，在风机和过滤袋的共同作用下，被阻挡在滤袋之外，再经空气压缩机脉冲循环气流反吹，落入过滤筒内，经底部碟阀回收。但在烘干1，3-环己二酮的实际使用时，由于物料粉末超细，带有一定粘性以及极易吸潮的特性，滤袋微孔即使反吹很快也会堵塞。而更换滤袋时，需要停产后由人工进入筒内在极其恶劣的粉尘条件下进行操作，有害身体健康，且更换麻烦，不能适应长期连续地使用需要。

参照图1，本实施例的1，3-环己二酮专用闪蒸干燥机物料收集装置，闪蒸干燥机包括风机1、电热箱2、投料斗3、粉碎装置4、物料收集装置，风机1、电热箱2、粉碎装置4依次顺序连接，投料斗3与粉碎装置4顶部的出口端连接，粉碎装置4通过管道8与物料收集装置一端连接，物料收集装置的另一端与排风管9连接，所述物料收集装置为旋风落料装置10，旋风落料装置10顶端是螺旋状的进料口6，进料口下端通过落料管道与关风机7连接，关风机7的下端连接出料口11。所述旋风落料装置10为多级设置，其多级设置为2-3级。它还包括变频控制装置，所述变频控制装置与风机1连接。
对外部风机1增加变频控制装置，开启闪蒸干燥机所有控制系统，根据闪蒸干燥机前级送风风速和风量、物料湿度、热气流温度等条件，以变频装置调整本级风速和风量，变频量在30-40Hz之间。闪蒸温度由微电子自控，物料由投料口开始缓缓投入，经过10多秒钟后，物料在一级旋风落料装置5的出料口11进行第一次落料，关风机7使物料在任何角度的都不会与外界大气相通，部分残余粉末进入到二级旋风落料装置10，进行第二次落料，可以根据实际情况的需要增加旋风落料装置10，物料在经过两次旋风落料装置后，基本都从旋风落料装置的出料口11排出，经肉眼观测排风管9的管口处，没有粉尘排出，而搅拌电机、空气压缩机全部取消，除节电外消除了巨大的噪音，送风、引风电机节电约2/5，运行后干燥机无需频繁更换、维修任何装置，成品干燥后水分在0.35％左右，远远超过国内外0.5％的标准，整体运行达到了近乎完美的效果。本闪蒸干燥机粉尘过滤装置不仅适用于1，3-环己二酮干燥后的粉尘过滤，还适用于工业化物料干燥后的粉尘过滤。
