目前的起重机端梁都是采用钢板一体加工成型的，然后在对加工成型后的端梁进行深加工，如：加工孔加工；如此容易造成加工成本过高，而且加工设备也过大，不利于操作。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、低成本、实用的新型轮箱装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种轮箱装置，其特征在于：包括联接梁1、第一轮箱2、第二轮箱3，其中：所述的第一轮箱2焊接连接于联接梁1的左端，所述的第二轮箱3焊接连接于联接梁1的右端；所述的第一轮箱2和第二轮箱3上分别设有加工孔4；所述的加工孔4呈散射分布于第一轮箱2和第二轮箱3上。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单、操作方便、通过先将对轮箱上的加工孔加工后，再与联接梁进行焊接连接；如此对于轮箱的加工设备则不需要过大，小型或中型的加工设备即可完成，可节约占地面积和生产成本。

如图1所示，一种轮箱装置，其特征在于：包括联接梁1、第一轮箱2、第二轮箱3，其中：所述的第一轮箱2焊接连接于联接梁1的左端，所述的第二轮箱3焊接连接于联接梁1的右端；所述的第一轮箱2和第二轮箱3上分别设有加工孔4；所述的加工孔4呈散射分布于第一轮箱2和第二轮箱3上。
本实用新型通过先对第一轮箱2和第二轮箱3上的加工孔4先进行加工，而后将第一轮箱2和第二轮箱3焊接于联接梁1的左端与右端，简化了加工设备；从而节约了成本。
