背景技术
目前的起重机地梁都是采用钢板一体加工成型的，然后在对加工成型后的地梁进行深加工，如：加工孔加工；如此容易造成加工成本过高，而且加工设备也过大，不利于操作。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、低成本、实用的新型地梁装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种地梁装置，其特征在于：包括地梁1、第一加工板2、第二加工板3，其中：所述的第一加工板2焊接连接于地梁1的左端，所述的第二加工板3焊接连接于地梁1的右端；所述的第一加工板2和第二加工板3上分别设有加工孔4。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单、操作方便、通过先将对加工板上的加工孔加工后，再与地梁进行焊接连接；如此对于加工板的加工设备则不需要过大，小型或中型的加工设备即可完成，可节约设备占地面积。

如图1所示，一种地梁装置，其特征在于：包括地梁1、第一加工板2、第二加工板3，其中：所述的第一加工板2焊接连接于地梁1的左端，所述的第二加工板3焊接连接于地梁1的右端；所述的第一加工板2和第二加工板3上分别设有加工孔4。
本实用新型通过先对第一加工板2和第二加工板3上的加工孔4先进行加工，而后将第一加工板2和第二加工板3焊接于地梁1的左端与右端，简化了加工设备；从而节约了成本。
