本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种汽车引擎盖锁，包括底板、棘爪、连接轴，其特征在于：底板内平行设置有两个连接轴，一个连接轴上设置有棘爪，一个连接轴上设置有棘轮，底板与棘爪上设置有棘爪拉簧，底板与棘轮上设置有棘轮拉簧，底板内设置有与连接轴平行的保险钩轴，保险钩轴上设置有保险钩，底板与保险钩上设置有保险钩拉簧。
