本实用新型涉及不锈钢板制作技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种用于研磨不锈钢镜面板研磨液的回收利用的装置。
背景技术
不锈钢8K镜面板因其光亮如镜，被作为高档不锈钢装饰材料而广泛应用于电梯、厨卫、高档建筑装潢等领域。目前，制作大平面不锈钢8K镜面板通常采用的是机械研磨的方法，即使用专门的机械研磨机和乳化研磨液对2B或BA表面的不锈钢原材料进行抛光至镜面。研磨机研磨的时候，由电机带动通常以羊毛毡为研磨材料的研磨头转动，同时配合研磨液，对不锈钢板进行研磨。在对不锈钢板进行研磨的时候，研磨头的羊毛会有一部分断裂掉落下来，进入研磨液中，尤其是，不锈钢板的边缘比较锋利，在和研磨头接触的时候，会有很多的羊毛被切割下来，进入磨削液中，从而影响研磨液的循环利用，通常在研磨过程中直接通过排水沟排出，造成了很大浪费。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其能够将使用过的研磨液处理后再次使用。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，包括水箱，所述水箱上安装有水泵及过滤装置。
作为优选，所述过滤装置包括过滤板，所述过滤板上设有多个过滤通孔，所述过滤板上设有一具有进口的存放筒。
作为优选，所述的过滤板有一漏斗部，所述过滤通孔设置在所述漏斗部上。
作为优选，所述过滤板上固定与拉手。
作为优选，所述的水泵为离心泵。
作为优选，所述的过滤板为塑料板。
作为优选，所述拉手为4个。
作为优选，所述拉手由塑料制成。

实施例，见附图1，一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，包括水箱1，水箱由钢板焊接而成，用来存放过滤好的研磨液，水箱1上安装有水泵2及过滤装置3，水泵为离心泵，其将水箱内过滤好的研磨液泵出，通过管道输送到研磨机内，实现研磨液的再次利用；过滤装置3包括过滤板301，所述过滤板301上设有多个过滤通孔302，所述过滤板301上设有一具有进口303a的存放筒303，存放筒的进口用于和管道连接，管道与研磨机连接，将研磨机使用后的研磨液通过管道输送到存放筒内，进行过滤，为了取得更好的过滤效果，过滤板301有一漏斗部304，漏斗部由过滤板向下倾斜的四块侧板构成，过滤通孔302设置在所述漏斗部304上。为了便于搬运过滤板，在过滤板301上固定与拉手305，一般的，拉手的数量为4个，由塑料制成，为了减轻过滤板的重量，也为了防腐蚀，过滤板为塑料板，重量轻、耐腐蚀。

1.一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其特征在于：包括水箱（1），所述水箱（1）上安装有水泵（2）及过滤装置（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其特征在于：所述过滤装置（3）包括过滤板（301），所述过滤板（301）上设有多个过滤通孔（302），所述过滤板（301）上设有一具有进口（303a）的存放筒（303）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其特征在于：所述的过滤板（301）有一漏斗部（304），所述过滤通孔（302）设置在所述漏斗部（304）上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其特征在于：所述过滤板（301）上固定与拉手（305）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其特征在于：所述的水泵（2）为离心泵。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种不锈钢镜面板研磨液回收装置，其特征在于：所述的过滤板（301）为塑料板。
