背景技术
随着液晶技术的日益完善,液晶显示产品也在我们生活中占据越发重要的位置,液晶产品以能耗低,易于平板化,环保等优势,深受推崇。随着技术的发展,更高端的显示产品化成为人们关注的焦点。
现有的液晶显示器大部分都是不透明的,在会展等场合,传统的液晶显示器给人们带来的视觉冲击力不强,不能达到商家期望的视觉宣传效果。

所述彩膜基板和所述TFT阵列基板之间,对应所述透明像素单元区域设有透明树脂隔垫物;
背光模组中对应所述透明像素单元的区域为透明区域,不设有背光模组组件。
所述TFT阵列基板上对应所述透明像素单元的区域不设有TFT组件。
所述彩膜基板上形成的黑矩阵厚度为1.1±0.5um;所述黑矩阵边的宽度为8±1.0um;所述黑矩阵中间空隙宽度为30±1.5um。
所述彩膜基板上的亚像素单元、透明像素单元的滤光树脂层厚度为2.2±0.5um;其中,所述亚像素单元的滤光树脂具有颜色,所述透明像素单元的滤光树脂层无色。

本实用新型的实施例提供的透明液晶显示面板及透明液晶显示器,彩膜基板上设有大量的透明像素单元,TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜场效应晶体管)阵列基板和背光模组对应该透明像素单元的区域也为透明,且彩膜基板和TFT阵列基板之间,对应透明像素单元区域设有透明树脂隔垫物。这样一来,制造出的液晶显示面板存在大量透光区域,可以造成透明的视觉效果,在使用中能够造成较强烈的视觉冲击感,给用户留下深刻印象。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本实用新型实施例提供的透明液晶显示面板1,如图1所示,包括:对盒成型的彩膜基板11和TFT阵列基板12,彩膜基板11和TFT阵列基板12之间填充有液晶18。
进一步的,彩膜基板11上的每个像素单元都包括亚像素单元和透明像素单元16。以图1所示为例,亚像素单元可以包括红像素单元13、绿像素单元14和蓝像素单元15。
值得指出的是,本实用新型实施例中仅以亚像素单元由红、绿、蓝三基色构成举例,亚像素的颜色数还可以有其他多种,本实施例不作任何限定。
示例性的,如图2所示,彩膜基板11的玻璃基板111上形成有厚度为1.1±0.5um的黑矩阵112,该黑矩阵边的宽度H可以为8±1.0um,该黑矩阵中间空隙宽度h可以为30±1.5um。
在本实施例中的三基色彩膜所用的彩色滤光树脂层113、114、115和透明像素单元所用的滤光树脂层116涂覆在黑矩阵112的中间空隙中,该滤光树脂层的厚度可以为2.2±0.5um。此外,在该黑矩阵112和滤光树脂层113、114、115、116上形成有厚度为1.0±0.5um的涂胶层117。
如图1所示,在TFT阵列基板12上,对应透明像素单元16的区域是透明的,而且该区域可以不设TFT组件。
彩膜基板11和TFT阵列基板12之间,除了透明像素单元16对应区域外均填充有液晶18,透明像素单元16对应区域则设有透明隔垫物17,其材料可以为透明树脂,高度可以为3~5um。在本实施例中,彩膜基板11和TFT阵列基板12之间,对应红像素单元13、绿像素单元14、蓝像素单元15的区域设有液晶18,对应透明像素单元16的区域设有透明树脂隔垫物17,这样可以减少液晶的使用量,节约制造成本。
值得指出的是,在彩膜基板11和TFT阵列基板12之间设置了透明隔垫物17之后,红像素单元13、绿像素单元14、蓝像素单元15的区域则无需另外设置隔垫物。
相应的,背光模组(图1中未表示)仅对红像素单元13、绿像素单元14、蓝像素单元15的区域发射光线,背光模组对应透明像素单元16的区域为透明区域,且不发射光线,而且为了保证此区域透明,不在该区域设置背光模组部件,如反射板等。不在对应透明像素单元的背光模组区域中设置反射板也可以保证该区域不发射光线,从而保证透光率。
这样一来,制造出的液晶显示面板存在大量透光区域,可以造成透明的视觉效果,在使用中能够造成较强烈的视觉冲击感,给用户留下深刻印象。
进一步地,将上述透明液晶显示面板切割并装配电子元件后可以得到透明液晶显示器成品。
下面对上述透明液晶显示面板的制造过程进行说明,也以亚像素单元为三种基色为例。如图3所示,方法步骤包括:
S101、制备彩膜基板。
具体的,可以先在玻璃基板上通过构图工艺形成黑矩阵,该黑矩阵的厚度可以为1.1±0.5um,边宽可以为8±1.0um、中间空隙宽度可以为30±1.5um。
之后,红色滤光树脂、绿色滤光树脂、蓝色滤光树脂和透明滤光树脂分别喷涂在黑矩阵的中间空隙中,形成厚度为2.2±0.5um的滤光树脂层。
最后,在黑矩阵和滤光树脂层上涂覆形成厚度为1.0±0.5um的涂胶层。
S102、制备TFT阵列基板。
具体的,在玻璃基板上通过构图工艺处理制备TFT组件时,对应彩膜基板上的透明像素单元的区域可以不形成TFT组件。
步骤S101和步骤S102之间没有顺序关系,可以同时进行也可以先后进行。
S103、在彩膜基板和TFT阵列基板上涂覆光配向材料,并将它们置于波长为254nm,光能量为1-10J/cm2的偏振紫外光下曝光,形成彩膜基板液晶取向层和TFT阵列基板液晶取向层。
S104、在彩膜基板或TFT阵列基板上,在透明像素单元对应的区域形成厚度为2.2±0.5um的透明树脂隔垫物。
S105、将液晶材料填充进彩膜基板和TFT阵列基板形成的盒中。
利用本方法制得的透明液晶显示面板,存在大量透光区域,可以造成透明的视觉效果,在使用中能够造成较强烈的视觉冲击感,给用户留下深刻印象。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

1.一种透明液晶显示面板,包括背光模组、对盒成型的彩膜基板和TFT阵列基板,所述彩膜基板和所述TFT阵列基板之间填充有液晶,其特征在于,
所述彩膜基板的每个像素单元包括亚像素单元和透明像素单元;
所述TFT阵列基板上对应所述透明像素单元的区域透明;
所述彩膜基板和所述TFT阵列基板之间,对应所述透明像素单元区域设有透明隔垫物;
所述背光模组中对应所述透明像素单元的区域为透明区域,不设有背光模组组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述TFT阵列基板上对应所述透明像素单元的区域不设有TFT组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板上形成的黑矩阵厚度为1.1±0.5um;所述黑矩阵边的宽度为8±1.0um;所述黑矩阵中间空隙宽度为30±1.5um。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的透明液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板上的亚像素单元、透明像素单元的滤光树脂层厚度为2.2±0.5um;其中,所述亚像素单元的滤光树脂具有颜色,所述透明像素单元的滤光树脂层无色。
5.根据权利要求4所述的透明液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板上的所述黑矩阵和所述滤光树脂层上形成有厚度为1.0±0.5um的涂胶层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透明液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述彩膜基板和所述TFT阵列基板之间的所述透明隔垫物高度为3~5um。
7.一种透明液晶显示器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至6所述的透明液晶显示面板。
