技术领域
本实用新型涉及碳纤维管，具体涉及碳纤维管接头部位的改进技术。
背景技术
碳纤维管又称碳素纤维管，也称碳管，碳纤管，是采用高科技碳纤维复合材料预浸布制造而成。缺点是具有导电性(Ωcm——1.5×10-3)，优点是有非常好的抗张强度(如以12000细丝数单位计算，其抗张强度为kg/mm2——400)。
目前绝大部分碳纤维管是采用无纺碳纤维纵向即经向单向布制管，经浸树脂固化而制造的，也有少数用编织碳纤维布和网纹碳纤维布预浸布制造。
用于碳纤维管生产方面的碳纤维含量多少，直接决定其力学性能表现和价值。碳纤维管具有质轻、坚实、抗拉强度高的特点，但在使用时应特别注意防电。
现有的碳纤维管接头部位一般采用螺纹配合，密封性能比较差。这种结构的碳纤维管接头，在使用时，由于管件会发生冷热为变形，因此接头部件在遇冷后会出现漏水现象。

本实用新型提供一种电力用碳纤维管，本实用新型解决了碳纤维管接头部位在使用会漏水的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：包括内接头1、外扩头2、密封圈3和卡簧4；所述外扩头2端头部位有角形的切缝2-1，切缝2-1贯通至外扩头2端头边沿；外扩头2套于内接头1外面，外扩头2内表面和内接头1外表面相对位置有沿圆周方向的凹槽，密封圈3设置于凹槽中；环形的卡簧4套装并卡紧在外扩头2表面位于切缝2-1所在位置将外扩头2与内接头1紧固连接，所述密封圈3截面是扁的矩形结构。
本实用新型的优点有：在使用，密封性良好，便于安装。

所述密封圈3截面是扁的矩形结构。
