一种耐高压复合胶管
技术领域
本实用新型属于复合胶管技术领域，尤其涉及一种耐高压复合胶管。 
背景技术
耐高压复合胶管一般使用于石油钻井勘探、采油、炼化、冶金、矿山、化工、制药和食品等领域，用于高温蒸汽、液化气、酸液、丙烯、芳烃等有机溶剂、无机溶剂、或者微性颗粒等物质的输送。构成耐高压复合胶管的结构包括内胶层管、依次缠绕于内胶层管壁上的尼龙布层和钢丝骨架层和外胶层构成。在制备过程中，在尼龙布层上缠绕钢丝骨架层时必须用力将钢丝骨架层缠紧，但由于尼龙布层质地较软、其紧勒的钢丝极容易挤压内胶层管芯并使之变形而形成次品；另外，由于构成骨架的钢丝是并排缠绕在复合胶管的内胶管上的，使用过程中如果出现一根钢丝的崩断，会造成整个复合胶管的损坏。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种高强度的耐高压复合胶管。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为： 
一种耐高压复合胶管，包括有橡胶内管芯、缠绕于该内管芯上的尼龙布层、钢丝骨架层以及外胶层；在所述的尼龙布层上分左旋向和右旋向各2—4条钢带条缠绕于尼龙布层外形成钢带层。
构成该耐高压复合胶管的附加技术特征包括： 
——所述钢带条的旋转角度为55度——56度间；
——所述的钢带条的宽度大于构成所述骨架层的单根钢丝直径的4—20倍；
——所述的为钢丝骨架层与钢带层之间设置有粘合剂层。
本实用新型所提供的一种耐高压复合胶管与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：其一，由于在构成复合胶管的橡胶内管芯的外壁上缠绕有2—4条钢带条构成的钢带层，大大提高了耐高压复合胶管耐压性能和整体强度；其二，由于构成钢带层的钢带条的宽度远远大于在其外侧构成骨架层的钢丝的直径，在一条钢带上可以并列缠绕多根钢丝，在使用过程中即便是构成骨架层的个别钢丝崩断，由于有并列的其他钢丝仍缠绕在钢带条上，钢带条缠绕的橡胶内管芯仍然不会破裂，因此，不会导致整个复合胶管报废现象的发生，延长了其使用寿命长；其三，由于该复合胶管的结构是将钢丝骨架层缠绕在钢带层上，因此可以有效克服在缠绕钢丝骨架层造成橡胶内管芯变型现象的发生，大大提高了产品成品率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型一种耐高压复合胶管的结构做进一步详细说明。 
如图1和图2所示，为本实用新型提供的一种耐高压复合胶管的结构示意图。构成该耐高压复合胶管的结构包括橡胶内管芯1、缠绕于该内管芯上的尼龙布层2，旋转角度为55度——56度间的左旋向和右旋向的沿尼龙布层并排排列的2—4条钢带条缠绕于尼龙布层2上并形成的钢带层3和4，缠绕于钢带层上的钢丝骨架层5以及外胶层6；其中构成钢带层所使用的每一条钢带的宽度大于构成骨架层5单根钢丝直径的4—20倍。 
为了使得钢丝骨架层与钢带层之间形成一体结构，提高管体的抗压强度，在钢丝骨架层与钢带层之间设置有粘合剂层7。 

Claims (4)

1.一种耐高压复合胶管，包括有橡胶内管芯、缠绕于该内管芯上的尼龙布层、钢丝骨架层以及外胶层；其特征在于：在所述的尼龙布层上分左旋向和右旋向各2—4条钢带条缠绕于尼龙布层外形成钢带层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高压复合胶管，其特征在于：所述钢带条的旋转角度为55度——56度间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐高压复合胶管，其特征在于：所述的钢带条的宽度大于构成所述骨架层的单根钢丝直径的4—20倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高压复合胶管，其特征在于：所述的为钢丝骨架层与钢带层之间设置有粘合剂层。
