背景技术
切草机喂料传动链条设计时没有张紧装置，在使用过程中链条松弛极易脱落，修理费时费力，严重影响了工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便快捷的切草机喂料链条张紧装置。
其技术方案是：包括支撑架、张紧链轮、张拉弹簧，其中支撑架一端安装有链轮，另一端连接张拉弹簧，弹簧另一端固定在切草机体上，支撑架中部设有固定在切草机体上的转轴，支撑架受力可绕其转动。
所述的链轮通过滚动轴承安装在支撑架上。
本实用新型由于弹簧拉力带动支撑架旋转，使张紧链轮始终保持与传动链条紧密接触并压紧，并且具有结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1一种切草机喂料链条张紧装置，包括支撑架2、张紧链轮1、张拉弹簧4，其中支撑架2一端通过滚动轴承5安装有张紧链 轮1，另一端连接张拉弹簧4，张拉弹簧4另一端固定在切草机体上，支撑架2中部设有固定在切草机体上的转轴3，支撑架2受力可绕其转动。
本实用新型由于张拉弹簧4拉力带动支撑架2旋转，使张紧链轮1始终保持与传动链条6紧密接触并压紧，该装置适用在链条运行过程中的前行段，当驱动轮7通过传动链条6带动从动轮8转动时，张紧链轮1与传动链条6相互啮合而同时转动。
未使用链轮张紧装置前，链条每小时脱落3次以上，切草机效率发挥50％，每小时切草10t，用上该装置后，避免了链条脱落，延长了开机时间，效率提高至70％，每小时切草14t，多切4t草，效果比较明显。

1.一种切草机喂料链条张紧装置，其特征在于：包括支撑架、张紧链轮、张拉弹簧，其中支撑架一端安装有链轮，另一端连接张拉弹簧，弹簧另一端固定在切草机体上，支撑架中部设有固定在切草机体上的转轴，支撑架受力可绕其转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切草机喂料链条张紧装置，其特征在于：所述的链轮通过滚动轴承安装在支撑架上。
