本实用新型涉及一种单向阀,尤其是一种钻杆用单向阀。
背景技术
钻头打孔时温度上升很快,需对其进行及时的冷却,钻杆内带有冷却水通道,通过最末端的钻杆连上水龙头对其进行注水冷却。当钻机打完一根钻杆深度后,需要加钻杆继续作业时,必须将水龙头拿掉后才能装钻杆,造成钻杆内的水会立刻倒流出来,十分不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种使得钻杆内的水不会倒流的钻杆用单向阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种钻杆用单向阀,包括钻杆,钻杆内设有冷却水道,冷却水道两端分别为进水口和出水口,冷却水道内设有单向阀,该单向阀包括中空的阀体,阀体内端设有通口一,外端设有通口二,阀体内设有连接弹簧的阀芯,在弹簧向外端的预张紧力作用下,阀芯顶部大端与通口二之间形成密封。
作为优选,阀体内端设有调节螺母,通口一开设于调节螺母上,调节螺母与阀芯通过弹簧连接。
作为优选,单向阀设于冷却水道内靠近进水口处。
实用新型有益的效果是:本实用新型结构合理,使用方便,效果好,可有效防止换钻杆时冷却水倒流,方便了使用,并对钻杆拆装时起到更大的便捷。

实施例:如图1,这种钻杆用单向阀,包括钻杆1,钻杆1内设有冷却水道2,冷却水道2两端分别为进水口21和出水口22,冷却水道2内靠近进水口21处设有单向阀3,单向阀3的结构如图2所示,包括中空的阀体31,阀体31内端设有调节螺母36,调节螺母36上开设有通口一32,阀体31外端设有通口二33,阀体31内设有阀芯35,调节螺母36与阀芯35之间设有弹簧34,在弹簧34向外端的预张紧力作用下,阀芯35顶部大端与通口二33之间形成密封。
在钻孔时,钻杆1之间互相连接,可每隔几根钻杆1内安装有一个单向阀3。当水龙头连接钻杆1向内注水时,水压推动阀芯35带动弹簧34收缩,阀芯35与通口二33处不再密封,冷却水可通过阀体31,流向钻头。当取走水龙头,冷却水倒流时,阀芯35受到向外的压力,再次与通口二33处密封,使得冷却水无法流出钻杆。
预安装时,调节螺母36正好与单向阀3端面持平,在不同的条件下,可对调节螺母36进行调整,以控制弹簧34的预紧力。

1.一种钻杆用单向阀,包括钻杆(1),钻杆(1)内设有冷却水道(2),冷却水道(2)两端分别为进水口(21)和出水口(22),其特征是:冷却水道(2)内设有单向阀(3),该单向阀(3)包括中空的阀体(31),阀体(31)内端设有通口一(32),外端设有通口二(33),阀体(31)内设有连接弹簧(34)的阀芯(35),在弹簧(34)向外端的预张紧力作用下,阀芯(35)顶部大端与通口二(33)之间形成密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻杆用单向阀,其特征是:阀体(31)内端设有调节螺母(36),通口一(32)开设于调节螺母(36)上,调节螺母(36)与阀芯(35)通过弹簧(34)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钻杆用单向阀,其特征是:单向阀(3)设于冷却水道(2)内靠近进水口(21)处。
