本实用新型属于破岩工具,主要用于煤矿瓦斯抽放孔、探水孔、注水孔以及地质勘探孔,具体涉及一种金刚石复合片内凹钻头。 
背景技术
现有的金刚石复合片内凹钻头在焊接过程中破岩柱难固定,在实际应用中,金刚石复合片容易崩落,在钻孔过程中缩径现象比较明显,从而影响单支钻头钻孔深度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型是在提供一种耐磨性较好、抗冲击韧性较高、缩径现象布明显、使用寿命较长的新型金刚石复合片内凹钻头。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案如下: 
一种金刚石复合片内凹钻头,包括:金刚石复合片、破岩柱、水孔、保径条、连接螺纹,所述破岩柱焊接在钻头上,所述破岩柱的下部设有一个圆弧棱台,所述破岩柱通过所述圆弧棱台焊接在所述钻头上面。所述改进破岩柱在焊接过程中是这样实现的:在焊接时首先把钻体与破岩柱配合是露出的圆弧棱台点焊,这样不但解决了破岩柱焊接时容易转动,同时也解决破岩柱焊接过程中上移的问题。本实用新型采取了上述技术方案以后,可以钻入中硬度岩层,抗冲击性强、抗扭性强,破岩速度较快,冷却排屑好,缩径现象不明显,施工效率高。

其中,如图1和图2所示,所述金刚石复合片内凹钻头,其特征在于,包括:金刚石复合片1、破岩柱2、水孔3、保径条4、连接螺纹5,所述破岩柱焊接在钻头上,其中,所述破岩柱的下部设有一个圆弧棱台6,所述破岩柱2通过所述圆弧棱台6焊接在所述钻头上面。 
其中,钻头的端部的等分设有三个刀翼,破岩柱2、金刚石复合片1和保径条4均设置在刀翼上,钻头上设有水孔3,以保证钻岩过程的刀翼冷却和及时排屑。 
本实用新型采取了上述技术方案以后,由于圆弧棱台在焊接过程中具有很好的固定效果,因此,相对于现有技术,本实用新型可以钻入中硬度岩层,抗冲击性强、抗扭性强,破岩速度较快,冷却排屑好,缩径现象不明显,施工效率高。
