本发明属于破岩工具,主要用于煤矿瓦斯抽放孔、探水孔、注浆孔以及地质勘探钻孔,具体涉及一种超强型金刚石复合片钻头。
背景技术
现有的钻头耐磨性较低,在实际应用中,金刚石复合片容易崩落,在钻孔过程中缩径现象较明显,从而影响单支钻头钻孔深度。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种耐磨性较好、抗冲击韧性较高、缩径现象不明显、使用寿命较长的超强型金刚石复合片钻头。
实现本发明的技术方案是:包括钻杆、钻头,钻头和钻杆通过螺纹连接,其特征是钻头包括金刚石复合片、破岩柱、水孔、保径条,钻头上镶嵌有破岩柱且钎焊有金刚石复合片和保径条。
本发明可以钻入中硬岩层,耐磨性好、抗扭性强,破岩速度较快,冷却排屑好,缩径现象不明显,施工效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例:图1、图2、图3所示,本实施例包括钻头、钻杆6,钻杆6通过螺纹和钻头连接,钻头上镶嵌有破岩柱2、钎焊有金刚石复合片1和保径条4,即钻头的端部的等分设有三个刀翼,破岩柱2、金刚石复合片1和保径条4均设置在刀翼上,钻头上设有出水孔3,以保证钻岩过程中的刀翼冷却和及时排屑。
