背景技术
现有的金刚石复合片锚杆钻头，在实际使用中，金刚石复合片的抗冲击能力较低，遇到夹层，或者坚硬岩层时容易崩刃，从而影响了单只钻头的钻孔深度。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种抗冲击韧性较高，耐磨性能好，使用寿命较长的强韧型金刚石复合片锚杆钻头。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是：包括钻头、钻杆，钻头和钻杆通过螺纹连接，其特征是钻头包括弧面形的金刚石复合片、水孔，钻头上钎焊弧面形的金刚石复合片。
本实用新型可以改善弧面形金刚石复合片的受力状况，降低弧面形金刚石复合片的钻进应力，较好的解决了普通平面形金刚石复合片锚杆钻头在遇到夹层或者坚硬地层（9-10级，如粗颗粒花岗岩，花岗片麻岩，赤铁矿石英岩，角页岩等）容易崩刃,而失效的问题，可以钻入中硬、坚硬岩层。抗冲击韧性较高，耐磨性能好，破岩速度快，冷却排粉好，提高了钻孔效率。

实施例：图1、图2、图3、图4所示，本实施例包括钻头、钻杆4，钻杆4通过螺纹3和钻头连接，钻头上钎焊弧面形金刚石复合片1，钻头的端部对称设有两个刀翼，弧面形金刚石复合片1设置在刀翼上，钻头上设有主水孔2及出水孔5，以保证钻岩过程中的刀翼冷却和及时排粉。
