本实用新型涉及一种钻头，特别是一种涉及勘探、开采矿藏用的地质钻头。
背景技术
目前，在勘探、开采矿藏行业所用的钻头外型设计普通，工作层的合金内部基本是传统的单体结构，特别是钻头的内外保径效果皆是采用柱状聚晶材料来实现。这类传统型钻头在工作中时效低、寿命短、阻力大，容易滋生钻孔事故及易导致钻孔跑偏，从而降低钻孔质量；且这种单体结构的钻头需要采用不同合金材质的工作层来适应不同岩层的钻进，频繁提钻，既拖延工期又破坏钻孔稳定，针对上述缺点，有必要做出改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构合理、钻速高、寿命长、钻进力强、且能适合于不同岩层的地质钻头。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种地质钻头，包括圆管状的钻头主体，所述主体顶部均匀排列有多个钻齿，所述钻齿顶面为斜面，该钻齿顶面上开有凹槽使钻齿顶面形成凹凸结构，所述钻齿沿横向分为上、下两层，通过凹凸面为界将钻齿上层沿纵向又分为不同的材质层；其中，凸面以下部分为高浓度金刚石层，凹面以下部分为低浓度金刚石层，所述钻齿下层为保径层，其内、外侧表面为高浓度金刚石单晶保径环层，其中部为合金过渡层。
本实用新型的有益效果是： 本实用新型通过将钻齿顶面设计成斜面，并在钻齿顶面开出凹槽使钻齿顶面形成凹凸结构，通过凹凸面为界采用不同的材质层设计，以及在钻齿下层内外表面采用金刚石单晶保径环层的结构，上述结构可使钻头在使用过程中具有速度高、寿命长、钻进力强的特点，且能适合于不同岩层，同时，这样的结构也能使钻头防斜性更强，有效减少钻头的跑偏现象，依据钻头的着力点不同而采用不同涂层浓度的分配，有效、合理的得以使用。

参照图1、图2，一种地质钻头，包括圆管状的钻头主体1，所述主体1顶部均匀排列有多个钻齿2，所述钻齿2顶面为斜面，该钻齿2顶面上开有凹槽3使钻齿2顶面形成凹凸结构（内外侧凸出），所述钻齿2沿横向分为上、下两层，通过凹凸面为界将钻齿2上层沿纵向又分为不同的材质层；其中，凸面以下部分为高浓度金刚石层4，凹面以下部分为低浓度金刚石层5，所述钻齿2下层为保径层，其内、外侧表面为高浓度金刚石单晶保径环层6，其中部为合金过渡层7。
本实用新型通过上述结构可使钻头在使用过程中具有速度高、寿命长、钻进力强的特点，且能适合于各类岩层，同时，这样的结构也能使钻头防斜性更强，有效减少钻头的跑偏现象，依据钻头的着力点不同而采用不同涂层浓度的分配，有效、合理的得以使用。
本实用新型结构合理、钻进快、寿命长、钻进力强、且能适合于不同岩层，是一种广泛应用于勘探、开采矿藏用的地质钻头。

1.一种地质钻头，包括圆管状的钻头主体（1），所述主体（1）顶部均匀排列有多个钻齿（2），其特征在于：所述钻齿（2）顶面为斜面，该钻齿（2）顶面上开有凹槽（3）使钻齿（2）顶面形成凹凸结构，所述钻齿（2）沿横向分为上、下两层，通过凹凸面为界将钻齿（2）上层沿纵向又分为不同的材质层；其中，凸面以下部分为高浓度金刚石层（4），凹面以下部分为低浓度金刚石层（5），所述钻齿（2）下层为保径层，其内、外侧表面为高浓度金刚石单晶保径环层（6），其中部为合金过渡层（7）。
