背景技术
[0002] 鉄、锰是构成地壳的主要成分之一,在自然界分部广泛,天然水中多有存在。鉄、锰是典型的金属氧化还原元素,在不同的环境下可呈溶解态或固态存在。现行的除铁、除锰设备均采用反冲洗エ艺。根据国家标准GB50013-2006规定除铁反冲洗强度大于12-15 [L/(m2 · s)]冲洗时间大于7分钟。除锰反冲洗強度大于20[L/(m2 · s)]冲洗时间大于10-15分钟。根据这个标准计算可见需耗费大量的清水,同时还需要ー套反冲水泵、管道等设施,而且易板结。 发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是提供新型除铁除锰设备,克服现有技术不足,采用气举和气浮的原理,只在曝气上分出很少量的气量,同时增加了气浮的作用,将滤料清洗干净。

[0005] 新型除铁除锰设备,包括过滤罐、曝气器、水流传感器和布水器,所述的过滤罐内壁上端设有净水出ロ,过滤罐上端固装有高压弓丨风机,下端固装有空气喷嘴,过滤罐内部设有内管,内管外套有外管,外管上设有沉淀箱,沉淀箱外壁与外管之间间隙为导砂管,下端设有布水器,布水器通过管道与曝气器出水ロ连通,所述的曝气器上端设有排气ロ,下端外壁上设有射流喷射器连接水源,曝气器下端的曝气头和空气喷嘴通过管道和三通件连通到高压引风机上,在通向曝气头和空气喷嘴管道上分別设有控制阀和压力表。

[0016] 发明可以因地制宜,可根据环境布局、新颖、可一体化,造价低;不间断工作,エ艺系统运行稳定,设备寿命长;以人为本,不加化学药品,自动操作和管理;设备不采用水反冲洗功能,节省了上述用水设施和动カ消耗。设备采用气举和气浮的原理,只在曝气上分出很少量的气量,同时增加了气浮的作用,将滤料清洗干净。设备滤料是循环清洗和循环下落,分层排列的,不会产生板结现象。

[0022] 首先开启按下电源开关,设备根据水池液位传感器14上、下限位置工作。当达到下线时,启动变频器,再由变频器启动高压引风机6,根据水流量传感器3和滤料20流速传感器15自动调节风量、风压,进行曝气和过滤。同时,自动开启电动进水阀和排污阀。当水位下限吋,自动关闭上述过程。水源经射流喷射器12,进入曝气器2,高压引风机6送风经曝气头202向水源曝气,曝气后水经布水器送入过滤罐I下部,由下向上流经滤料20,过滤后经净水出ロ 5流出,经紫外线杀菌器16消毒后使用。滤料20经布水器4向下由滤料罩17及过滤罐壁流入罐底,并将铁、锰沉淀吸附。高压引风机6送风至空气喷嘴喷12向内管,根据气举的原理,空气喷向内管8产生ー个向上的力,同时内管8内水气混合,液体的比重降低也产生ー个向上的力,内管8入口产生负压将滤料20及水吸入并向上流出内管8。沉淀箱10壁是圆形的桶状结构,向上的水流不出沉淀箱10,只能转向下入外管9流向滤料罩17内井向内管9补水。这样沉淀箱10、外管9、内管8的水循环工作。当排污ロ 18打开有水流出,沉淀箱10液位降低吋,过滤罐I内的水由导砂管11补入。根据气浮的原理,水和鉄、锰沉淀物的浮上法处理是将空气以微小气泡形式通入水中,使微小气泡与在水中悬浮的颗粒粘附,形成水-气-颗粒三相混合体系,颗粒粘附上气泡后,密度小于水即上浮水面,从水中分离,形成浮渣层。铁、锰沉淀物颗粒细微被浮起,当气体释放和流速减慢后沉入沉淀箱10经排污ロ 18排出;滤料则因重力原理近距离落下沿内管罩801滑入导砂管11流入过滤罐I并按自然下滚的角度排列在上层。滤料罩17和过滤罐I底均为圆锥型,相互夹角为90度。滤料罩17底部悬空,可让滤料均匀下滑,再次被内管8吸入这样循环工作。滤料20在气浮和下落的过程中以被清洗干净并按序排列下降。内管8的水流出后,因沉淀箱10壁阻挡只能经外管9流下至过滤罐9底,再被吸入这样循环工作。
