Abstract
本发明涉及一种高浊度塔形净水器,它包括进水反应区、悬浮澄清区、斜管沉淀区,过滤区、滤料反洗区、污泥浓缩区。所述斜管沉淀区采用安放角度相反的双层斜管,在设备塔体下部设有石英砂过滤区及石英砂滤料的反洗装置,所述石英砂滤料的反洗装置采用虹吸系统,而污泥浓缩区划分为若干区域,确保污泥排放时互不干扰,从而能促进污泥的进一步浓缩。本发明设备整体布局更简洁大方,更美观合理,且节约投资。

背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中使用最多的轻质滤料一体化净水器是用固定多喷水管加机械搅拌或用旋转多喷水管的方式冲洗轻质漂浮滤料和人工操作,操作复杂,且对滤料清洗率低。
发明内容
[0003] 发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种处理浊度高、处理效果好、且布置合理、占地面积小、一次性投资低、使用寿命长、自动化程度高的净水器。 [0004] 技术方案:本发明所述的高浊度塔形净水器,它包括进水反应区、悬浮澄清区、斜管沉淀区,石英砂过滤区、石英砂滤料的反洗区、污泥浓缩区,所述斜管沉淀区采用安放角度相反的双层斜管,在设备塔体下部设有石英砂过滤区及石英砂滤料的反洗区,所述石英砂滤料的反洗区采用虹吸系统。
[0005] 在所述设备塔体下面设有总进水管,并且在所述设备塔体中部设有中心筒,该中心筒通过排泥管与污泥浓缩区连接。

[0013] 如图I、图2所示,高浊度塔形净水器,包括进水反应区I、悬浮澄清区2、斜管沉淀区3,石英砂过滤区5、石英砂滤料的反洗区6、污泥浓缩区11,所述斜管沉淀区3采用安放角度相反的双层斜管23,在设备塔体4下部设有石英砂过滤区5及石英砂滤料的反洗区6,所述石英砂滤料的反洗区6采用虹吸系统7 ;在所述设备塔体4下面设有总进水管8,并且在所述设备塔体4中部设有中心筒9,该中心筒9通过排泥管10与污泥浓缩区11连接;所述双层斜管23通过斜管支架12固定安放在所述设备塔体4上部;所述虹吸系统7由虹吸破坏管13、虹吸抽气管14、虹吸辅助管进水口 15、虹吸辅助管16、虹吸下降管17、虹吸上升管18、强制反冲洗管19、强制反冲洗阀20配合连接而成,所述管道都集中分布在外部套管21中;总出水管22设置在所述设备塔体4的中部;污泥浓缩区11又划分为若干区域;各处理工序竖向排列,流程顺畅,结构简单,运行故障少,占地面积小,建设周期短;由于巧妙地运用虹吸原理,因而滤料反洗能自动完成,无需人员看管,滤料反洗结束后,滤池便自动进入下一周期的工作,故该过滤在运行中从过滤、投入反冲洗、终止反冲洗、恢复下一周期的过滤,均自动进行,这种自动,属于水力自控,无需人员看管,因此该过滤的进水、出水、反冲 洗水的供水,反冲洗废水的排除,都无需阀门控制,不需设置时间程序控制仪表或过程程序控制仪表;在污泥浓缩区设有排泥管及电控快开排泥阀排泥,系统不易堵塞,排泥效果好,排泥方式为自动或手动:自动排泥时,排泥周期和排泥时间可由PLC控制,也可由时间继电器控制。

1.高浊度塔形净水器,包括进水反应区(I)、悬浮澄清区(2)、斜管沉淀区(3),石英砂过滤区(5)、石英砂滤料的反洗区¢)、污泥浓缩区(11),其特征在于:所述斜管沉淀区(3)采用安放角度相反的双层斜管(23),在设备塔体(4)下部设有石英砂过滤区(5)及石英砂滤料的反洗区(6),所述石英砂滤料的反洗区(6)采用虹吸系统(7)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的高浊度塔形净水器,其特征在于:在所述设备塔体(4)下面设有总进水管(8),并且在所述设备塔体(4)中部设有中心筒(9),该中心筒(9)通过排泥管(10)与污泥浓缩区(11)连接。
3.根据权利要求I所述的高浊度塔形净水器,其特征在于:所述双层斜管(23)通过斜管支架(12)固定安放在所述设备塔体(4)上部。
4.根据权利要求I所述的高浊度塔形净水器,其特征在于:所述虹吸系统(7)由虹吸破坏管(13)、虹吸抽气管(14)、虹吸辅助管进水口(15)、虹吸辅助管(16)、虹吸下降管(17)、虹吸上升管(18)、强制反冲洗管(19)、强制反冲洗阀(20)配合连接而成,所述管道都集中分布在外部套管(21)中。
5.根据权利要求I所述的高浊度塔形净水器,其特征在于:总出水管(22)设置在所述设备塔体(4)的中部。
