Abstract

本实用新型公开一种密封玻璃容器，包括一玻璃容器本体和扣合在所述玻璃容器本体上的容器盖，在玻璃容器本体的容器口外边缘处设置有凹形的槽边，容器盖的盖体与所述槽边的结合处均匀设置有若干个与所述槽边适配的活动扳扣，活动扳扣带有反扣和限位骨，活动扳扣的反扣与所述槽边卡合，所述限位骨紧扣在所述槽边下端使所述反扣固定，由此活动扳扣与玻璃容器本体牢牢扣紧，大大提高了密封性。另外，在所述盖体下侧与所述玻璃容器本体的结合处设有一盖槽，一与所述盖槽适配的密封圈置于所述盖槽内，在所述盖体与玻璃容器本体结合时，密封圈与容器口紧紧贴合，进一步提升了密封性。

本实用新型涉及一种有盖容器，特别涉及一种密封玻璃容器。 
背景技术
目前的密封玻璃容器多数以螺纹瓶口为主，生产成本比较高，在产品上部件配套也只可以采用螺纹形式进行配套，对产品成型有一定的局限性，降低了产品成型的多样性，而且螺纹瓶口的厚薄不易控制，螺纹瓶口与螺纹盖接合后两者之间也会留有缝隙，密封性较差。 
因此，如何实现一种多样性强，密封性好的容器是业内亟待解决的技术问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种密封玻璃容器，旨在实现密封玻璃容器与容器盖以新方式配合牢固，增强密封性，可扩大产品的成型范围，由此提高生产配套部件的灵活性，并实现容器盖的易拆卸易安装，方便清洗。 
本实用新型提出一种密封玻璃容器，包括一玻璃容器本体和扣合在所述玻璃容器本体上的容器盖盖体，所述玻璃容器本体的容器口外边缘处设置有一凹形槽边，所述盖体的边缘均匀设置有若干个用于与所述槽边相互扣紧并可上、下折的活动扳扣。 
优选地，所述活动扳扣包括一挡板及一用于连接所述挡板与所述盖体的旋转轴，所述挡板内侧设有一与所述槽边上端适配的倒钩状反扣和一用于紧扣在所述槽边下端使所述反扣固定的限位骨。 
优选地，在所述盖体下侧与所述玻璃容器本体的结合处设有一凹形盖槽，一与所述盖槽适配的密封圈置于所述盖槽内。 
优选地，所述盖槽内侧设有一用于与所述容器口的内侧紧密贴合的定位骨。 
本实用新型在容器口外边缘处设置有凹形槽边，容器盖的盖体与所述槽边的结合处均匀设置有若干个与所述槽边适配的活动扳扣，活动扳扣带有倒钩状反扣和限位骨，活动扳扣的反扣与所述槽边卡合，所述限位骨紧扣在所述槽边下端使所述反扣固定，由此活动扳扣与玻璃容器本体牢牢扣紧，大大提高了密封性。另外，在所述盖体下侧与所述玻璃容器本体的结合处设有一盖槽，一与所述盖槽适配的密封圈置于所述盖槽内，在所述盖体与玻璃容器本体结合时，密封圈与容器口紧密贴合，进一步提升了密封性。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。 
参照图1至图5，提出本实用新型密封玻璃容器的一实施例，包括一玻璃容器本体1和扣合在玻璃容器本体1上的盖体2。玻璃容器本体1的容器口101外边缘处设置有一凹形槽边102，槽边102是根据玻璃的特性使用行列机压制而成，且形状简单相比传统螺纹容器口更易于生产并降低了成本。在盖体2与玻璃容器本体1的槽边102的结合处均匀设有若干个与槽边102适配，用于与槽边102相互扣紧并可上、下折的活动扳扣201。活动扳扣201包括一顶部呈一斜面的挡板205及一用于连接挡板205与盖体2的旋转轴204，挡板205内侧设有一与槽边102上端适配的倒钩状反扣202和一用于紧扣在槽边102下端使反扣202固定的限位骨203。在盖体2下侧与玻璃容器本体1的结合处设有一盖槽204，一与盖槽204适配的密封圈205置于盖槽204内，密封圈205为一中间设有两层起缓冲作用的空气层的密封圈骨架，能与容器口101紧密结合，不留空隙，密封性强，盖槽204内侧还设置有用于与玻璃容器本体1的容器口101紧密贴合的定位骨206。 
当玻璃容器本体1里装好了物品，需要关上容器盖盖体2时，先将活动扳扣201自然垂下，然后把容器盖盖体2下侧的盖槽204对准容器口101结合起来，此时活动扳扣201内侧的倒钩状反扣202正好反扣在凹形槽边102上，再把活动扳扣201的挡板205的斜面顶部往里按，使活动扳扣201内侧的限位骨203紧扣在槽边102下端，即可将容器盖盖体2与玻璃容器本体1紧密扣合起来。需要打开容器盖盖体2时，将活动扳扣201的挡板205往外打开后把盖体2往上拿起即可，操作简单方便。需要清洗容器盖盖体2时，可利用片状硬物使用杠杆原理将密封圈205拆卸下来，易拆卸易安装，方便清洗。

1.一种密封玻璃容器，包括一玻璃容器本体和扣合在所述玻璃容器本体上的容器盖盖体，其特征在于，所述玻璃容器本体的容器口外边缘处设置有一凹形槽边，所述盖体的边缘均匀设置有若干个用于与所述槽边相互扣紧并可上、下折的活动扳扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封玻璃容器，其特征在于，所述活动扳扣包括一挡板及一用于连接所述挡板与所述盖体的旋转轴，所述挡板内侧设有一与所述槽边上端适配的倒钩状反扣和一用于紧扣在所述槽边下端使所述反扣固定的限位骨。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封玻璃容器，其特征在于，在所述盖体下侧与所述玻璃容器本体的结合处设有一凹形盖槽，一与所述盖槽适配的密封圈置于所述盖槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封玻璃容器，其特征在于，所述盖槽内侧设有一用于与所述容器口的内侧紧密贴合的定位骨。
